if the tingle hurts in a bad way = stroke
if the tingle is more like snap, crackle and pop having a party in your heart = you do not require cpr the wrong way.

I think I’m good then. Just out of curiousity, If I had a head wound, would you apply pressure to it?

Well, that depends on what kind of head injury it was.
If it?s a little bump, I?d just give you a hug to make the hurt go away.
If it?s a more serious one I?d put on a dressing which such grace that even you would be impressed.
