Any band that’s worth its salt (and alot that aren’t) will end interviews when someone asks them if they’re "emo". Don’t hear that about punk, blues, metal or jazz as much. Kinda confused by the whole thing, but hey I passed on seeing the Promise Ring last night.

Thanks for the tips on the smilies <img> . I’m actually going to see Promise Ring tonight in Cleveland. They’re opening for Jimmy Eat World out there. I’ve never heard them, are they any good?
