Well I’ve already gone mental
I get along with lots of people, so like I said, it can’t all be me which is what they are trying to say.
Another six months? HAHAHHAHA. Told you, they are trying to can my arse. They are trying everywhichway from Sunday :-And there’s no one there you could talk to ? Not a single individual that it’s possible to point out that you haven’t recieved any training etc ?
I went to my manager who has started this whole canning fiasco to try and work through it. There were problems from the beginning. I wrote her a four page letter documenting how I’m not getting what I need and the environment has not been conducive to enabling me to succeed and provided tons of examples and have been working with her to come up with solutions. Time and again, she turns it back onto me and it’s all me that needs to "get with it". I’ve done tried everything they have asked of me and they are still not happy. She brought HR in, I even talked with HR to explain my side of things. HR said to work with my manager. So now it’s a bit of a vicious circle.
I think it is only going to get worse. Scratch that, it is getting worse. My manager said she would do her part to make things better, but nothing has materialized yet. Except that it is all on me. I don’t know man, I can only do so much, and I’ve tried everything I know how to assist in getting over these hurdles. It’s just not working out…
In other words, you need a new job.
You said something along the lines of communication was email based. If you have anything that backs up your story, as to your manager not doing anything/enough to make things better, you could go to HR again and point out that nothing has changed as to improve the situation. I’m not sure how the hierarchy is in the company you work in, but you could always say fuck chain of command and take it to a higher level = above the ones you’ve already talked to.
I could, but that will just make things worse. Burning all those underneath will just screw me over. I want to be a "solutions" bringing kinda guy, but all the solutions never seem to work out. Like I said, I’ve tried, but don’t see a positive outcome on the horizon. Heck yeah, I got emails galore. It’s said that you have to protect your butt like that. Like frickin’ highschool all over again.
I think robert’s and girl’s avatars should hook up. Now that would make a cute couple!

My plans, keep working with these jerks to show I’m the one attempting to make things better. Got the resume polished up, posting like a madman. Firing up all the old connections in search of leads. Keep on trucking.
