…rarely i watch something so good it is too good for my i just watched thread and deserves it’s own space, this movie is such an event. I talk up movies alot and fear that they won’t delivier but those fears aren’t present here, if you don’t like this movie then you shouldn’t be alloud to watch good movies or believe you know what a good film is, that is not serious i am a firm to each his own, but this film makes too much sense today to be passed up as, when i mention it to film fans they say oh that looked wierd so i didn’t watch it, or i don’t like those kinds of movies, to that i say just watch and if you don’t like it then talk trash. I hate talking too much about a movie but in a neo-hollywood way i’d describe it as a clockwork orange meets wag the dog meets batman. But that isn’t close to explaining it’s importance, plus there is a cat power song on it and it is played on a juke box can you imagine a juke box with cat power???
Did you ever read the comic book?I have`nt seen the movie yet but the original writer consider the movie script garbage.They changed a few things around I heard.But yeah the comic book is a must read.You can get it in trade paperback format that would be better than getting the original issues.
Cat Power on the julebox?In the comic book V quotes the Velvet Underground which I thought was cool.
