I phoned the Compagny about the Wagon Video & they could not give me any details, but the Video is made in America by a very obscure compagny she said

I cannot find a Name or Mail Adres of That Compagny, I phoned RockHouse Records Again for a Adres or Name but they dont have it, They say

All our items are listed on http://gemm.com and are at this moment available to order. Our database is a compilation of multiple recordvendors who are offering their products to us.
They have everything in stock at the moment we upload their catalog once a week.
Their fill rate of our orders is 95%, which are shipped every 2 weeks to us, and then shipped by us to you. We cannot ask them for more info regarding their items, otherwise we would be emailing and calling them daily with hundreds of questions. We hope you can understand this.

For that reason all items are marked as backorder, which simply means, that
we have to order them for you.

When we do not receive the ordered items within a waiting period of 30 days,
the status of your order will be set automatically to "not available"

Our suppliers don’t inform us in advance of when an item will come in. For that reason, all customers who are paying by credit card will not be charged unless we have the item in and ready to ship.
However, for all customers who pay other than by credit card all orders must be pre-paid before we order them from our suppliers. The reason is that we do not have a return policy with our suppliers as often happens in the USA, so we have to keep the items we order and if they’re not paid for in advance, we are stuck with them.

Due to the above, we can not supply information regarding tracks, release
dates and other related information regarding that item, all info we have
is listed at http://www.gemm.com but you can try http://www.cddb.com for tracklistings .

PRICES
All our prices are in USA dollars.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
We can’t supply between status of your order , all orders are pending. As we do not receive that info from our suppliers, so we can’t tell you either.

If you placed an order through GEMM, you can log in at GEMM and check yourself.

RETURN POLICY
The only items we accept for returns, are:
1. when we made the error
2. when item is not what was stated on http://gemm.com
3. when item has been received broken or damaged, with the exception of jewel cases.

VIDEO TAPES
All our videocassettes are VHS worldstandard cassette size.
Please remember that when you order videocassettes, that 95% are in NTSC

format, and that those video’ cannot been viewed in PAL VCR’s. (europe/japan)
Please check your VCR if it can handle PAL or NTSC videocassettes
We can’t except returns on videocassettes.
