Whatever happened to that Pixies compilation?

This might be sort of a pointless topic, but does anyone know if there have been any updates about the upcoming Pixies compilation that was to feature a Dino performance? Did it get scrapped, or is it still in the works?

I have heard (although it may not be true) that J’s/Dinosaur’s participation in the project was just a rumor.
