hey where you all at? what do you do?

im in alaska, i work in the fishing industry. i used to do construction. I like dinosaur jr. their music is great its stuck with me through the years. since sophmore year in high school.. like the stooges or the misfits.. i wish the board people here would boost up the sight. and make it more accomadating to the newer fans….. if anyone carers i play the ultrastupid song game artist game and album game over on the general talk board. it is a good way to shuffle through the albums and find ones you forgot… even though i dont have an i-pod

Tacoma, WA (30 miles S. of Seattle) I am an engineering coordinator for the local utility company. I design, engineer, and project manage power and natural gas jobs for one of the counties. I am also coordinating the installation of the other dry utilities (phone & cable).

Been into Dinosaur since I heard Freakscene on a Santa Cruz Speed wheels video. I’ve been a rabid fan ever since.

I train snails to become butterflies (I said GARLIC, stupid! ::)) Sorry… where was I? Oh, yes, actually, I’m somewhere in the print media and I also dabble in the tourism industry to make ends meet. What I should do, honestly, is learn how to shirk less and work more. But I like to wander to this website a bit too much… don’t know why… 8) :P I think the first Dino album I bought was "Where You Been." Either that or "Hand It Over." Anyway, I used to keep little pictures of J. drinking from his moo moo cup or him hangin’ his feet up on his vinyl record crates on my wall at work. Yup. The rest, as they say, will probably end up on the Jerry Springer show. Wait, I sometimes manage to write some songs; I should put that in as a foot note, in case I actually play them one day.

the fishing industry is fun… lots of work in beautiful places… bald eagles sea lions and grizzly bears… and lots of fish.. and i get to hang out with a lot of foriegn types at the canneries. mostly fillipinos, thais, latinos, and eastern europeans. this year it is a huge mess of turks.. the are like foo foo boratskis… i first started listning to dinosaur jr, when the YLAOM was put in the boombox during an all night skate session with rye bread sandwiches. then kept on beeing a fan after discovering that inserting dinosdaur jr tracks on to mix tapes for chicks would make them come back for more… i have been a fan ever since. i dont know why there were more fans witht he later albums, and it seems less with the earlier albums, since the material was way more mind blowing… anyhoo… the new album rocks… i think the songs have a lot more energy behind them…

hey crazycloud. Yes have been to Kodiak twice. In 2000 and 2006. It is a great place and awesome for Salmon fishing! We had a great time there the Kodiak brewery beers are awesome. Yeah we map the ocean for NOAA using an aircraft you might have seen our aircraft there this summer at the airport if you headed down that way.

No Adelaide is not near Tassie, its about 2000km from me. It is well worth the visit though.

aside from being a senior in high school in some really lame classes, i have a stupid job at a supermarket. i started listening to dinosaur jr about…let me see… 5 years ago when i saw where you been for sale used. I also took up the guitar about a year before that.
i like playing my guitar and my drums and getting stoned. and sleeping and writing and calculus
