Will Without a sound and Hand it over be reissued?

I loved the reissues of Green Mind and Where You Been? and am wondering why the other sire albums haven’t been reissued?

Yeah, I was thinking they were already reissued. I’m pretty sure Hand It Over was at least because I was confused as to how an album that came out in 1997 needed to be remastered or whatever.
