I’ll be going to this show with some friends, who else is going to be there?

Might go but my access has been denied. Will try again later.

I’d rather not talk about it–but I will try to make it to the show

I went to the show tonight, and might I say Witch really tears it up, I really haven’t felt that sort of energy at a concert, since the first time I saw J Mascis & The Fog in 2003.

I also got to meet J once again, this time was a bit wierd though. He was aimlessly wandering around while the first band was playing, he seemed to be staring at me while walking closer to me. To be honest I actually felt scared of him, I don’t know I think it was more than me being afraid of making a fool of myself in front of J, more like I should be staring and walking towards him. I don’t think he knew me, but when he got closed I shook his hand, and he just stared at me of course, I actually had to break the handshake and walk away. I love how much of a insane genius he is, it doesn’t get any better than that.

Yeah though his shake wasn’t strong this great fear came over me, like he could destroy me with his eyes, just tear me apart. Pretty creepy, but that’s why I love him.

I’m sorry I whimped out on the first band (as one member of Dungen so poignantly put it–I "missed out" on something.) but I put myself together and went just as Witch started playing. They were ok. I had about two G n’ Ts in me as Dungen came on and it took me a while to realize that they weren’t even singing half the time in English :D (oops !) They were good, good. Haven’t seen that much energy on stage since 1972 ;) They certainly put the fear of wanting… anyway, W2WF… that was the vibe.

Rich, I tried looking for you but I couldn’t figure out what you looked like (with hair or without ::) )

Anyway, Dungen and Witch are playing on two seperate nights in Montreal. So, Witch, see you in the Mo. 8)

myspace.com/richcelentano I was in the leftside of the stage, Hmm Montreal, I may have to go to.

Scratching my head, W2Wf, what kind of vibe is that? I’m not sure if it is a new computer lingo shorthand or a personal ad sort of thing. I would love to hear more about the "vibe".

How long does Witch play, just curious?

Witch was dope, loved J’s gloves, they rocked the hardest of the 4 shows I’ve seen to date. Like Dungen alot but couldn’t stick around. Had an extra ticket and couldn’t give it away.

I wish I knew about the extra ticket, I had to pay twenty at the door damn it! Witch was amazing, I would like to imagine that’s the type of feeling you got from Black Sabbath’s first couple of show’s. The vibe was intense. I’ve never heard of Dungen, and didn’t stick around either, I ended up getting a bit tipsy at the Collins bar

I can’t specify what that means because some kids may be reading this (maybe your kids ;D )… ;) Wasn’t counting the minutes when Witch were playing. I just kept wondering about J.’s tempo but then it got off…

Rich, PM me if you decide to visist the Mo. J. wore gloves ???

haha umm drummers wear gloves sometimes (murph in the early 90s, vinnie paul from pantera, etc…)

Playing the drums REALLY hard causes the skin to bubble and it hurts like crazy (I am going through that, too, ouch !) – so gloves are a welcome help…
