June 28, 2004 at 5:03 pm #102510Correct. Though mine’s a MX Quad, one of these.
So I can’t drive around on the roads.
But then again, when you can ride on track and the wood, who needs to go on the road. Not me anyways
So if I can only get into my head that it’s impossible for me to make the same jumps on the quad as on my dirtbikes, I might be able to steer away from having to buy more bumpers

looks like a fun mobile
but be careful with those jumping experiments!June 28, 2004 at 5:42 pm #102512"Flying Cloud" wrote:especially in Norway, where there are many woods and not so many roads
ROTFL
Absolutely!June 28, 2004 at 6:25 pm #102513Looks like a mean machine
. Had some fun with a quad myself in Sweden a couple of years ago….

…That’s the fun of Scandinavia, seeing a dirt track leading off the main road into the woods with a sign saying ‘Smedje Kroken 25 km’, that’s nearly always a guarantee for about half an hour of fun driving
, or 15 minutes if you’re Scandinavian
, I think that’s the reason why there are that many excellent Scandinavian rally drivers
June 29, 2004 at 4:56 am #102514I bet, Sweden is like the King of Quad Country here in scandinavia

Also, I like your reasoning about the scandinavian rally drivers
June 29, 2004 at 8:27 am #102515I wonder why there are/has been so many formula 1 drivers in Finland, i have never seen a racing area here. But i guess Scandinavia is quite good for rally racing in the woods.
Did you, by the way, know that an old rally driver named Ari Vatanen from Finland got elected to the Europarliament in France? Juha Kankkunen tried to get in to the parlament too but he didnt make it.June 29, 2004 at 5:42 pm #102516Calexico – World Drifts In – Live at the Barbican London (dvd)
excellent live show, excellent video registration, excellent sound, excellent tons of extras, this is how a music dvd should be…..
