It`s safe to say GBV,Mountain Goats, and Neutral Milk Hotel(actually Jeff Mangum is on one of their albums) was influenced by them.It said on there on youtube lead Dwarf Chrix Knox had a stroke a couple of days ago
The world needs freaks like him,I hope he`s okJune 22, 2009 at 8:50 am #120177Brilliant! I’ve actually seen the movie The Brain That Wouldn’t Die.
SG, I’m going to go into the poorhouse buying all the albums that you suggest. Does anybody still do old fashioned b+p’s anymore?Neutral Milk Hotel *shudders* If I never heard them again it would be too soon. Thank you so much for stealing those albums of mine.

I don`t know what b+p is?The Tall Dwarfs music is a bit tough to find in record stores so best of luck finding them. You can find them on downloading sites but I should`nt endorse those
Fork Songs,Hello Cruel World,and 3 EP`s are good starters.
I mentioned NMH for Robert cuz he`s a huge fan.I like them to but not to the point that others do.The Sky Above The Mud Below is the album Mangum is on by the way Robert
though I`m not sure the two songs with Mangum are included in the vinyl version
but I could be wrongJune 23, 2009 at 2:25 pm #120179It’s not that I don’t like them…It’s just that if I listen to them I might get incredibly sad…Deep sorrowful memories…It’s best that they are gone…
Now onto beautiful imagery…

http://www.handmademovie.com/”>http://www.handmademovie.com/It took a sad event in my life to get me into collecting music actually. There`s songs and albums that bring up bad and sad memories but I usually don`t avoid them.Maybe I just think of how it got me through that time.Everyone`s different about that though.
