So when is this?
Almost ready is a good song for a tv-show since one doesn’t have to listen to it too many times to like it. It’s a catchy song. This kind of song might also get other people than "extreme-freakscene-fanatics" interested in Dinosaur Jr, which I think is cool. What Dino plays on their ordinary gigs is another thing. That is the place where the fans need their favourite songs.
I think I’ve replied ‘my dinosaur jr-story’ in an older topic. Anyway, I got into DinoJr via skateboarding as many others. I caught some skateboarding from TV on tape. It was Tom Penny doing some really stylish runs somewhere in England. Actually I think it is strange that Penny had a Dinosaur Jr -song in his part, but cool anyway. The tape is from 1995 and I watched it like hundreds of times and liked the song though I didn’t know the artist or the name of the song. That was the first time I heard DinoJr.
I found out the artist and name of the song quite many years after that video tape. In year 2001. After downloading some Dinosaur Jr songs from internet I bought Without A Sound and to my surprise the song, ‘I don’t think so’, was on that album!

The photos were taken on a DSLR, there’s absoultely no reason the original pics couldn’t have been taken wiht film.With this technique it would be possible to create pictures with many focused points on different distances, right?

Cool! That is a deck definitely not meant for skateboarding. I would also hang it up on wall.

I think this Dinosaur Jr&Alien Workshop -combination is great. Aws has always had it’s own style in graphics and style and I think it fits well with Dino Jr.
If someone finds that deck for sale somewhere in internet, please tell me..
I think the new album is such a big thing, that I rather wait for the release date. On that day I’ll put the album in my cd-player, push play button and close my eyes(ok, I might browse the papers inside or something)…

I’ve seen pictures of mardis gras. People playing trumpets etc, right? I read somewhere that it was hard to organize after the hurricane. How is it in New Orleans nowadays?I’ve been out of army since 4 weeks, yeeeehaaw!
Actually I think life is much harder outside the army. In army I hadn’t think too much myself, just followed orders. Safe and easy. Hehe..Since 3 weeks I have been working as a check-in agent at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. It’s quite a lot more demanding than I thought at first. We have to do some kind of airport education for 3 weeks. After that I work as a trainee for another 3 weeks I think. Tomorrow is the test of the airport education and still have maybe 50 pages left to read, duh… But It seems like a cool job, quite stressy though…
I’m listed in the faculty of law in the university of Helsinki, but I haven’t started my studies yet. The studies start next autumn, so now I have time to work and do other things(f.e. snowboarding is the shit at the moment). Maybe I get my law studies done in 2012 or 2013, hahahah!
