Just got the book for my 33rd birthday.

As a dinosaur jr. fan the book was quick to please, but as a lover of music, I found the author was able to articulate exactly why Dinosaur jr’s sound has always been pure heaven for my now deaf ears…..

Lastly, I am not put off by the lack of intent that went into writing the lyrics….
Causes i am a fan that knows; lyrics are writen for my own personal interpretation, the intent of the artist is found the sound, the fuzz, the arrangments, the amplified feedback from those stacked marshall amps….that always makes my soul sing.

by the way…..I am, and forever will be, one of those dancing chicks in the crowd at a Dinosaur jr. show.
