Or I could buy a new one without the stains….http://www.amazon.com/Dinosaur-Jr-Jr-Cow-T-Shirt/dp/B000X98PGE
Well…Been a HUGE fan since ~90. This is the first album that I actually have to turn off. I’ve given it 4 tries and I can’t get through it. Never had this happen w/ a Dinosaur release before. This is the first one that’s not for me. I think if I recall correctly, I wasn’t initially a fan of Without A Sound but I eventually learned to love it. I hope I come around on this one too! All the best to you all.

P.S. Welcome to the Internet.February 8, 2011 at 2:21 pm in reply to: New Cobra Killer with J, Murph, Philipp Virus & Thurston Moore #138183okay. WTF is up with the nooses being pulled horizontally and at a 45 degree angle?
-will listen again without stupid video antics.wow…is about all I can say.
I’m completely sleeved on both arms and huge J fan but I don’t think I would do this. At least not with that Tattoo artist. That thing looks rough to me…but what do I know? Just my opinion.OP seems lost.

I can say: "Hey back up your claims for that Mathematical equation, I think it’s wrong." But I can’t apply the same logic when people make claims about the origins of the Universe or their claim of ‘knowing’ an invisible friend that created the Universe that is also directly involved with their personal affairs. It’s absurd. This kind of sums it up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3YOIImOoYM#t=85 J3YOIImOoYM#t=85
I’m out. Like I said this is my ‘gimmick.’
Yeah and my gimmick is trying to avoid all the people with special books that think they have invisible friends in the sky.

Someone asked him about the breakdown; he gave it; the Lou brown-nosers on there (and there are quite a few) started getting all up in arms about what a jerk J is; Lou set them straight, saying that he agreed to the deal, that it’s ultimately J’s band, with mainly J’s songs, and that Dino wouldn’t have the profile it does had not J maintained the band and increased its fan base the way he did after Lou left. He’s content to tour and record and play the music and get off on the live energy, as he realizes what a unique thing the three of them have. Totally uncontroversial, totally adult. It’s a real shame about Murph, though. He’s got to be feeling really shitty at the moment.
I don’t see what value it adds to even talk about it. That’s my point. That’s it and that’s all.
Really? There’s nothing that’s been negative over at Loobiecore? You might want to go read it:
Quote:"somehow spending a day transcribing j’s lyrics seems masochistic to me.." -LoobieIt’s a lovehate relationship.
I stick by my comments. I’m not respnding to people missing my points and responding to things that I may have "implied."Go have a nuclear meltdown, off-topic over something that may have been "implied"
somewhere else.Don’t try to educate me on the LouJ interactions. I’ve been living it since ’92. I am fully aware of the dynamic.
Let me try this again:
Hey you know what would be great? If J posted in here!
Quote:what, you think Lou is making shit up to "stir up trouble" ? Give me a fucking break. What other "side" is there ? Do you think Lou is lying when he says that J gets 50 % (I think it’s less now, BTW) ? He’s said from day one that he was grateful to be back a part of Dinosaur and the one he felt was getting screwed was Murph, not him. And I happen to agree with Lou about the lyrics on "Farm" — they are total and utter shite./quote]Frankly, I don’t think J gives a flying fuck about anyone on "his" forum or feels that he owes anything to anyone.
Woah. calm down, you missed my point entirely.

I’ll send him a laptop if it meant he’d log in here once in awhile and interact with us. Lou is transcribing lyrics and breaking down financials of the band over there at Loobiecore. It’d be nice to get J’s side of things.
At this point, I’d settle for Kyle ("J’s chosen one on drums") or Noel in here giving us updates. Seems like Lou is the voice of the band facing the Internet Any man that made a song mocking ‘Thumb’ is a man that I’m looking at with a squinted eye. It’s rather well documented he hates J’s lyrics and is an "employee" of J’s. I just think a lot of us would really like to get the info directly from J. When Lou tells people J makes 50% and that he and Murph make 25% each I wonder what use that has to offer other than to stir up trouble….
I mean in a way it’s ultra awesome that Lou is interacting with his side of the fence but I take it all with a grain of salt. It really would be nice to hear thingsupdates from J directly. I’m a dreamer huh?
Oh and get well Murph!
