Hi Everyone,
Allison, do you (or anyone) know for sure that you need a password on City Slang to listen to Mp3’s? Just curious.
Regarding the "import" with the extra tracks please check this out. Amazon.com has two listed import versions of More Light with bonus tracks. The More Light with only two bonus tracks is the one with Riptide and Let’s go to Church. Check it out for yourself. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/002-5527929-0107259I really hope this helps everyone.

I have been able to find a lot of cool stuff with Amazon, even if I don’t buy they are a great refrence if nothing else. Regarding the Gas/Food on DVD….if Amazon has no listing or additional info about the movie being released on DVD, I think there is a place on Amazon were you can request that it be made avail on DVD format or something were Amazon will email you when it is released on DVD. I have seen movies that have specific release dates for DVD versions of the movie.
You are also right they can be high priced, but at least you know you can get it from some place. Later, Chris
Neil Diamond – Kentucky Woman
John Denver – Rocky Mountain High (Colorado)
John Denver – TAKE ME HOME, COUNTRY ROADS (West Virginia)
Frank Sinartra – New York, New YorkDon’t ask why I know these. Chris
Allison,
Cool photos of J. I think you are correct he is being held hostage in the one photo. The photos of J in Spain are really good.
Nice find Allison you amaze me with your great stuff of J. Later, ChrisI just saw Cobra Verde in a commercial for an internet service of some kind the other day. I was watching Tech TV, and sure enough Cobra Verde was a part of the commercial playing. I remembered the song and sure enough the front of the kick drum had the bands name/logo on it. I couldn’t get over it. If anyone else has seen this please update with andditional info if possible. I can’t say I’m a true fan of the Cobra but I have seen many others with much less talent/ability get up on stage to do there thing.
Just thought I would share. Later, ChrisJuly 20, 2002 at 12:26 am in reply to: City Slang will be releasing the new J. & The Fog record #55197What up everyone,
Sorry it has been some time since I have added any thoughts but I did some computer clean up and messed up all my passwords and login stuff.
I can’t wait to hear other new stuff from the album. I can understand that there maybe a gap from when other countrys get the releease from us in the USA. I’m sure it will be just a matter of who is going to be the record label to do all the USA printing and distribution stuff.Although I will be very patient as always, maybe Amazon.com will have access to the albums distrubution if necessary.
Later, ChrisRosa, I have to say that the comedians detection of the nachos is good.
However I think many will agree with me that one of the best if not the best way to detect true white trash in an audience is to just look for the…….MULLET !! Need I say more
Chris
Thanks Allison for the find.
I’ll have to get back later with my thoughts on what I really think about the Cooper/Kiss thing. Nice black n white of the guys at the Wetlands in NYC. Be sure to take a look.

Hi a45minj,
I’ll be at this show for sure. I already preordered my tickets this week so I can’t wait to go. I have not heard that this show is suppose to be electric, so unless otherwise listed before the show I would expect this one to be acoustic with all the others so far. ….Let the looping and fuzz begin. Sincerely, Chris
Thanks to Stryder9898 for the interview info. I’m not sure what Gordon Downs was expecting considering the situation with the cell phone interview.
I not sure if I would have asked the line of questions Gordon did, they seemed kind of boaring to me?
Chris
Great review Rose, I really liked it.
I can’t wait to see J in Tenn. Keep those reviews and info posted.
Sincerely, Chris
Thanks Waylon,
Thanks for the update on that show. It is really nice to hear that you had such a great experience with both shows. Now if we can keep the replys going it would be even better for those of us waiting for J to swing back our way.
I look forward to many more reviews to be posted. Sincerely, Chris
Thanks to Deepslush & Salamiguy for the extra information and the interest in finding out some more info about J’s most recent shows.
I know there are others out there that need to share but just need some more encouragement maybe. So to anyone…tells us about a set list, a funny comment J made during a show, or if J took any out of the norm requests from the crowd for a song to play. I look forward to any new information and thanks in advance for anyone’s efforts.
Sincerely, Chris
I’m really sorry I had no idea that Randy Jane was also a guy. Sorry bro Still can’t wait to meet him if I get the chance.
Just downloaded Foo Fighters version of Purple Rain from AG. I needed a laugh today.Later, Chrsi
Hi Allison,
Can’t wait to see J in TN. I met "Boilerman" in Columbus, OH when J played at Little Brothers just a few months ago. It would be very cool to meet Randy Jane as well since I see her name all the time.I’m not listening to anything at the moment but i do have the tv on and am watching "behind the music – Ricky Nelson" for whatever reason.
Gray t-shirt with American Flag on it and boxer shorts.
