Thanks Another Girl Another Planet for the compliment and agreeing with me.
I would like to see Ron and J play together whenever possible, although I like seeing only J and the Fog as only a three man band most of the time. It is really cool to have someone else step up on stage for something special. I was at the show in MI this past Nov. when Ron and J unleashed the guitar power and I thought I was going to puke and die from the listening fatigue. …………That was a really cool moment in time…so if someone has it to share please do so.February 14, 2002 at 4:21 pm in reply to: your custom setlist….i do a lot of these things huh? #53815Ok I have an extra revision and addition to my set list. This would also be super cool!!! Check it out….
For the song "Get Me" which J plays acoustic as mentioned before, as a guest apperance J is joined by TIFFANY ANDERS who sang backing vocals on the original version of the song and who I think has a great voice and sounds great with J. I would also have her join J later in the set when he would play "Take a Run at The Sun" so she can cover backing vocals as well.
Thank you very much Salamiguy. It would figure since I don’t own Hand it Over yet that it would be on that album. Thanks for your quick response. Sincerely, Chris

Please let me know if you think the same.
During the middle of his set the stage lights go out and when they come back up J is in a chair with his acoustic guitar ready to play. Then we get to hear the following songs….
Get me
Drawings
Amma Ring – with an extra distorted sound since he has all his guitar rig to work from for effects.
Wagon
Leaving on a Jet Plan – which J encourages the audience to sing the chorus while he is playing.I just think it would be cool and diff. to the norm.
That is cool to find out what the word/wording means. I don’t feel that I’m ever slow on the uptake but I have to say everytime I listen to the song I really focus on the words to understand a fuller meaning. Thanks to everyone for the findings. You all rock! <img>
1) How did it work out that you got to play with the Saturday Night Band…What songs did you play…and can we get a copy of your full preformance with the band?
2) Would you be willing to explain what an (Ammaring – Amma ring) is and what it means in the song?
3) What gave you the idea / inspiration to use effects on your acoustic guitar and would you play MTV’s unplugged to show others how to really Kick Ass on an acoustic?
If anyone has answers to any of my questions I would like to know your thoughts. Thanks, Chris
Does anyone know if there will be/could a transcript of the conference that J will ba a part of for the rest of us to read? Maybe Jeremiah will know or find out if it could be listed someplace online after it is over.
I think J is one of the best because he does what so many of us want to see a player do live which is…go off and play the hell out of his insturment when he wants to. Too many times we see/hear the same solo section of a song played live without much change at all. I would like to think that J knows that this is an element which sets him apart from others. I have seen more then a few shows in my time and I have to say I can’t remember seeing anoyone that has the potential to play a 5 min solo out of the blue on any song.
Start Choppin – for recorded stuff
Ammaring (Live) – if you get a chance to see it. If anyone got to see J play it acoustic I think you would agree that it rocks.
