-x-similar story cerveza, first heard dino on a powell peralta video – keep the glove i think. those videos were excellent, natas, hawk, lance mountain, sean goff (the only decent UK skater of the time). Must dig them all out again.
I never really agreed with the way that uni essays were encouraged to be undertaken – ie someone says something, someone else says something else. And heaven knows that reading law many years ago, 90% of what I wrote was purely precedent. What the hell is the point of getting hugely into debt through going to uni, purely to regurgitate someone else’s musings, that chances are, are horrifically outdated (especially in my case). All you end up becoming is an intelligent parrot.
Still, I always like to know more about people’s interests here, even if I have absolutely no interest in photography. So keep postin’ ’em I say.
Wish I could’ve gotten J into my obligations essays….

Phillip Bailey – Walking on the Chinese Wall
The Streets – Original Pirate Material (really trying hard to like this, getting better, but still not quite there)
The Bear Quartet – Headacher
Adam F w/ Redman – Smash Somethin’I can’t say that I’m impressed with your ability, as I was not present to witness (it’s a fine line getting the perfect trajectory, texture, sound effects etc). No – balls, vomit has never impressed, but if you’re gonna sit on a moral highground, you at least need to know what’s going down on the amoral lowground, and now you do.
Just to clarify, I am not saying that you currently do sit on the moral highground – just in case you do climb those righteous stairs. There’s nothing that makes me angrier than people passing judgement without first hand experience of what they are judging. Now, you will be able to say with conscience clear "Look at that poor deluded fool, lying on a strangers bathroom, vomiting in his own hair" for you truly understand what it is to be he.
Yer "Time has told me" lyric impressed though, you rare, rare find….
