No email from Frock Steady yet, however if they did send out the stuff on the dates mentioned then the package really shouldn’t take longer than a week. I’d never even heard of Frock Steady until I ordered this but if they can’t even get their email system in order to confirm shipping then they’re pretty much a disaster. Late importing items of a fairly expensive pre-order package, late shipping them out, extremely slow about responding to queries and a non-functioning email system. Has anyone had a good experience with them?
@ Simon: I emailed Frock Steady and they got back to me around a week later, telling me they had trouble with their email server. They were fairly vague on why it was taking so long to ship the stuff out. I’m pretty disappointed that something I pre-ordered back in August has still not shipped out to me, so late in fact that I doubt it’s likely to arrive until well after the release date now.
Hi, first post. Living in Ireland I ordered from Frock Steady, I haven’t received a download code so I’m presumming that the download code won’t arrive by email and I’ll only get it with the bundle (I ordered the ‘almost fare’ package). My selected Shipping Method is via Deutsche Post. I was wondering has anybody else on here gone the same route as I have, and if so have they received a DL code or/and has their order been shipped? Isn’t it supposed to be shipped 10 days before the release date. I’ve emailed Frock Steady but they’re not answering. Thanks.
