This is a hard question to answer… At home I’m in the process of mp3ing ALL of my CDs… Why, because I have a 13GB harddrive with nothin’ better to put on it (my main HD is 40GB [img]images/smiles/converted/evil.gif[/img] ) So, anyway, what I’v been doing is dumping the entire 4Gigs or so that I have so far into one giant playlist in Winamp and hitting the random button. [img]images/smiles/converted/biggrin.gif[/img] It’s like having my own personal radio station that only plays songs I like… [img]images/smiles/converted/wink.gif[/img]
Oh well, the car’s a different story, here goes…

Heh heh… I have two electric guitars. My main axe is a ’94 Fender American Std. Tele (midnight whine red [img]images/smiles/converted/cwm3.gif[/img] ) The other one is a mid-nineties Mex. Strat (black) this is my project guitar. The body and neck are excellent, but I’m gradually replacing everything electronic or mechanical on it. I also have a Yamaha accoustic, I don’t know the model, but it has a big ‘LD’ on the head and is one of the best accoustics I’ve ever played (short of my father’s ’53 Martin D-18… [img]images/smiles/converted/oogle.gif[/img] )
My amp (or my ‘baby’ as I refer to it [img]images/smiles/converted/biggrin.gif[/img] ) is a ’68 Fender Deluxe Reverb… ooooh yeah [img]images/smiles/converted/tongue.gif[/img] [img]images/smiles/converted/wink.gif[/img]
I’m starting a distortion collection. So far I have 3, each having different uses for me. I have a Boss ds1 and a Ibanez tube screamer, both considered to among the best by most guitarists. Oddly enough, however, my favorite is my cheap-ass rocktek distortion. It’s plastic, costs around $30 US, and most guitarists hate it, but after a lot of fine tuning I’ve got it sounding perfect. I’m thinking about taking it apart and ramping up the gain if I can. At $30, I’m not too afraid of breaking it. [img]images/smiles/converted/wink.gif[/img]
I also have a Crybaby, a Boss tu-2 tuner, dd-3 delay, and some no-name duel chorus thing. But for the most part I just use distortion (lots of it [img]images/smiles/converted/biggrin.gif[/img] )
