Yep, it’s still not up as of right now, but on the bright side the image of the pink vinyl has been posted for anyone who wants to take a look!
Yet another must for pick up. Copies of Remastered “Green Mind” are a bit hard to find these days, but vinyl180.com says more are on the way! And if anyone happens to have an extra copy of “Crumble” on vinyl they don’t mind letting go, please let me know, thanks!
How could I not go for the Red and Green Vinyl to complete the set huh? There are 300 Green being pressed and they were still available two weeks after being released. Seth Meyers announced J’s new album is to be released this Summer on Sub Pop. I forget what it’s called. Have to rewatch last nights episode.
He sounded ridiculously good. I didn’t know he could do Nirvana, but J can do pretty much about anything. Did you hear ‘Fade Into You’?
I picked up Side by Side and Visitors!!! I also couldn’t resist Jimmy Page and The Black Crowes at The Greek. There was a small line at the small town close by. I hear that the city (Baltimore, MD) would’ve been a madhouse. The people were nice to me though I let the 10 or so people in front of me know what I was looking for and they fished them out for me. The store only had one copy each. One guy was interested in Side by Side, but let me go ahead and get it. It was pretty cool.
I’ve priced around a little bit. Just Like Heaven is going for $7.00-$7.25 and the box set for $35.00-$38.00. Record stores appear to have limited copies of this stuff. The prices are pretty good. I was afraid the box set would go for around $60.00. At 5000 copies they may be around for a while. May even see a price drop, but I’m picking them up tomorrow.
Jeremiah – I just meant for Dino, but the J stuff, yeah that’s great to hear there’s already a masters out! I hope that doesn’t take til next year. This is great news, Jeremiah what would we o without you!?!
I saw them in Charleston, WV that year and there were only three. I wonder who that was with them, Don Fleming?
