Without A Sound

I havn’t got hand it over because I really didnt enjoy without a sound plus i’m broke. I think I would have liked Where You Been alot more if it weren’t for the high backing vocals. I love green mind but I have to skip Flyin Cloud and Muck which has made me put it further down. YLAOM is my favorite album of all time and Dinosaur keeps growin more and more, Bug is amazing but abit short

I know what you mean about that part, I was playin it the other day and i think it sounds better hittin the 7th fret insted of the 5th on the E string. Have a go at that and see if you think it sounds better…. hopefully when i go see them i’ll video j playin that part

Heres the first solo and I’m quite shocked that I managed to figure it out….. the only parts that were hard is where you can’t hear what’s being played clearly but I’m pretty sure it’s all right and if not you should be able to improvise round the notes that are there anyway. Hope this helps

I’ve also looked at all the videos and I’m still not 100% sure how to play it…. I think I’ve tried almost every chord possible I can’t believe there isn’t a good tab for it as it seems to be one of the most popular dinosaur songs (not mine). I’m going to see dino in May and from the posts here I’ll definetly be takin ear plugs but even with ear plugs do you still get ringin in the ears and deafness after the gig? Only I have an exam the day after and when they say stop writing I think it would be best if I could hear them say it

Um…. I would copy it and paste it into Notpad and print….. If i didn’t make it small like that then the chords alignments would have been all crappy like one of my previous tabs

This should do it…. I’m 100% sure this is how J plays it, sum parts like the chorus have add on fills that he plays live….. if you don’t have a capo then just play it lower down in E, all the chords etc are the same but it will just sound lower

I dont understand how these people don’t know anything about the reunion yet they are smart enough to find this forum for dinosaur jr fans and complain about them not playing Feel The Pain etc I can’t understand why they don’t come to this forum before the show and not after to find out why they don’t play those songs….
