Warner Bros may own the rights or at least to use the music commercially. Dino is on as backround all the time on VH-1. But also all that a musician can own is the lyrics and melody and they were only playing the instrumetnal part.

I am sure they will probably after. I figure the album will come out in March or April and they will tour after that.

I will be there both nights. The Rebel is a really small place. I think this may be the first show or one of them as "Rebel" It used to be called downtime. It is in a building where there are lots of rehersal rooms. I used to practice there alot, and I would walk by the club all the time. It used to be all hip hop, and jazz and what not. It is a really small place.

Anthony, this should definately be limited to people who are actually going to one of the shows.

out there sucks, its such a boring song. I know your out there….whatever, I just don’t like the key at all prefer songs in G or C major.

drawerings and puke and cry were rarely played, I would say either something like alone that is really easy, or stick with the albums at least murph was around for so without a sound and prior. But being that I have been to more shows than anyone but anthony and maybe one or two other people I am voting for new songs. Heck there are still old songs they have never or rarely played like cats in a bowl, yeah we know, let it ride, pond song,

The only ones I have ever seen are the major scale. He sometimes playes the penatonic minor but it is relative to the major scale. So for a song in gmajor he plays the e minor penatonic but all of those notes are in g major too. And than on songs like get me he plays c major. Otherwise he puts a capo on and plays the same formation but just moved up for the capo.

But don’t post the songs here if J would even say because I would rather be surprised, or put spoiler alert on the post.
