Actually, click here http://www.rhino.com/rzine/StoryKeeper.lasso?StoryID=827, the other link attacks you with ads.
"There’s always nothing much to say" is one of my favorites.
There’s got to be a good quote from ‘Over Your Shoulder’ that would be appropriate for a year book but I can’t think of what it could be.
Also, I used to think it was "large" but have been converted to "lodge" since it makes sense with the skiing thing.
I got mine from Plan 9 ok. It took a couple of days (I think they shipped the day of release) but I got ’em. Sorry to hear others are having such problems.

I don’t have my sheet with me but mind glow, poledo, muck, pebbles and weeds, I don’t think, yeah right, mick, basically alot of without a sound and a few off of hand it over weren’t played. But didn’t Lou do Poledo during that show in England when they played YLAOM all the way through? Maybe we never got the recording of that…
Edit: Looks like FSF doesn’t have that one. I thought it was up for some reason.

Yeah, the skiing thing is weird. I didn’t believe it at first but it really is about a girl at a ski resort.

I’m going to say the "with Lou" years even though Where You Been is my favorite and Dinosaur is one of my least-favorites. YLAOM and Bug are both very strong.
I’m changing mine to "Throw Down."
I knew I’d heard it somewhere! Has anyone else been able to download it from the MySpace profile? The download wouldn’t finish when I tried to do it.

So is Fog stuff fair game or just Dino lineups? If Fog, I’d say the version of "Alone" from eMusic: Live a Maxwell’s gets my vote.
I’ll also vote for Forget the Swan from this year’s Indianapolis show assuming the recording quality is good enough on FreeSoFree. I haven’t taken the time to download it yet.
People that socialize during the set drive me nuts. I went to a Glen Phillips show recently and this girl in front of me just turned around and talked to her friends the entire time, loudly. Tickets were $20 and beers were $7. Why pay that kind of money to talk to your friends? Just go to a bar, put $.50 in the jukebox, play a Toad the Wet Sproket song, drink your $3 beer and talk the night away if that’s all you want to do.
Nice topic.
It’ll probably be named after a lyric in a song or something but I’d call it "We Don’t Hate Each Other After All."
May 31, 2006 at 2:12 pm in reply to: What was the first album/CD/45/casette you ever bought? #117832The first album I ever bought for myself was Elvis’s 20 Greatest Hits on cassette. I think I was 6 or 7. I wore out my parents’ Neal Diamond record when I was a toddler. I believe my first ever CD was Elton John’s Tumbleweed Connection or The Beach Boys – Party-O-Tracks.
