Thanks! I just ordered CBGB’s which I didn’t think I’d be able to get anywhere!
Man, I can’t find the reissues listed on Amazon. Am I looking in the wrong place? Do you have a link for us?

I also love that Murph is wearing a Dinosaur Jr shirt!
Wait, I mean Yeah We Know as one they don’t play. I did hear They Always Come at one of the three shows I saw. Seems a rare occurance but it was sweet.
Dang dude, those are sweet! Is that you hanging out with them?
I’ve noticed this too. I know I can’t ever expect to hear Pond Song, Let it Ride, or They Always Come but at the shows I went to last year I heard They Always Come, The Post, Budge, No Bones and Freak Scene. At the Indianapolis show I went to on this leg of the tour the only Bug song played was Freak Scene. I was surprised by this considering they’re entire set list come from three albums.

We have photos of them recording, Lou talks about it on his site, forum and in interviews. I’d say it’s pretty much a done deal. If there’s never a new album I may just give up on listening to music all together.
Of course, the DVD was a sure thing last year and I sure don’t see that at my local record store…
with: Tarpit
without: What Else Is NewI’m hoping for that as well. This tour has been great but it would be awesome to have them out promoting new material on top of playing the old songs. Maybe they’d even lengthen the shows a little…
sonicdeathmonkey you’ve been all over the place today! Welcome to the board, why not introduce yourself here:
Last night at the Indianapolis show someone requested Let it Ride and Lou said he was sorry but he had no idea how to play that song. He pointed to J and Murph and said "these guys aren’t the problem, it’s me. I’m the one to blame for not learning it." or something to that effect. So you have your answer for why they don’t play it live. Maybe if we nag Lou enough he’ll learn it.
Oh yeah, and someone was taping the show so hopefully it shows up on FreeSoFree. Forget the Swan and The Lung were especially good last night.
Pond Song. It’s one of the more melodic of Dino’s songs. Of course, I can’t sing so maybe Chunks is more appropriate.
Yeah, it was Lose.
Great show but I guess J is sick or something. He had tea with him on stage and seemed to be struggling a little. I don’t think it was the mic, I think he’s losing his voice.
The Lou Barlow in-store was great too. He seemed really nervous which was cool considering how many shows he plays and how long he’s been at it. It was his first time to Indy, though so maybe that’s why.
Overall, I loved it. Seeing Dino at the Vogue was a dream come true and Lou seemed more talkative than last year. He was really personable at the in-store show and extended that to the Dino show. Even J seemed more greatful to the fans than usual. I don’t know, awesome night. When J leaned over and talked to Lou and Murph before going into Just Like Heaven I thought they might play a new song they’ve been working on but it didn’t happen. Maybe next time!

I have the same concern about What Else Is New though. Still, the liner notes should be cool.
