I don’t even see them on the website. For me the latest news is still from the 27th.
I can’t listen to your songs since I’m at work but you’re from Indaianpolis? I may have to check you out some time. Where do you play?

Good to see so much enthusiasm. I, too am quite stoked to see the original lineup (only 2 more weeks!). I’ve never seen any incarnation of Dinosaur Jr. so this will be the experience of a lifetime for me. I’ll be at the Boston and Covington shows. Anyone else going to the Covington, KY show? I think I’m the only one.

No kidding. Or any song by the Eagles for that matter!
Wow, what a deal! Do you know what year these shows are from?
Nice! Several years ago (probably 5 or 6) I called the local ‘Modern Rock’ station and requested "Feel the Pain." Despite the DJ replying, "I haven’t heard that song in years, I’ll try to dig it up for you" it was never played.
I doubt any Dino will get on the radio here since the only station that might play them is all about Hoobastank, System of a Down and Nickleback.
That’s it! I’m not buying anymore CDs from Don Henley, Shyrll Crow, the Dixie Chicks, Jimmy Buffett, Bonnie Raitt or Tom Jones! Oh wait, I wouldn’t anyway….
Seriously, this sucks. Notice it’s the artists that are already sleeping in piles of money that put up a fight while the less successful one’s defend free distribution of music. Hmmmm….
I’ve never been into file sharing or illegally downloading music but the "independent" artists need stuff like file sharing to get their name out there.
By the way, kracked873, I saw you on the loobiecore message board. I haven’t posted anything yet but appreciated you defending Dino’s version of ‘Just Like Heaven.’

Welcome to the site! Always good to have new faces…er…screen names around here.
I think a lot of us are kind of in the same boat as you. We got into Dino in the early 90s, some never saw the original lineup live, some (me included
) have never seen Dino live at all!Where You Been is also my favorite but I love it all. I’m geeked to see J, Lou, Murph in a couple of weeks!

That surprises me since they’re from MA but, at least according to Dinosaurjr.com, there are still tix left. I have no idea about the recording policy there.
Awesome. I’ve been meaning to check it but keep forgetting. Man, that review of the Hurricane festival is a difficult read. I’m assuming it’s translated from another language. I also like how the page is called "reznor=real baby."

No doubt. Welcome to the board! We’ve been discussing the awesomeness of playing YLAOM (as well as how they’ll pull Poledo off) in its entirety here:
Wow, nice! I wonder if J will wear that for any of the shows.
"kracked873" wrote:Oh maaaaaan. this better be taped!!!!i wonder HOOW theyre gonna do poledo? like will lou go rock his ukalele with feedback around it? or perhaps the way sebadoh did it (but technically thats toledo) whooo knows.
Good point. I’m guessing he’ll just do a solo acoustic version or something. Maybe J will back him and just make a bunch of noise with his guitar. I can’t wait to hear it.
Who’s on the cover? I might try to pick this up.
