If you missed the show you can hear it in the archive section, as of today it has not been put up but will be soon. You can hear BP Helium’s tour partners "Of Montreal" now in the archive, and other good stuff.

Maybe J could come out with my sister and two big tubs of cool whip, and, and we could get a guy on a unicycle, I wonder if you could find anyone who can play the violin while riding the unicycle and perhaps that swimmer from the olympics, you know that Micheal Phelps guy. Can he skateboard? I have a friend here that breeds llamas, a llama on stage with a white blanket and J could project the lyrics for "The Lung" and we could all find out the answer to breaths or breeds at the same time, on the back of llama, with skateboarders going ballistic in the background!

P.S. My sister just bought new big breasts earlier this year. Those breasts and a tub of cool whip and you thought I was just joking around didn’t you????????????

Hey, Rich, so I was thinking about your question. It seems as if you, by asking the question, have some concerns. I have found that the hardest part is that alcohol is hard on the body, esp. the liver. A few beers or a few glasses of wine are benificial to the body however. My husband has been smoking up a storm lately (hemp) I am really concerned. I know he has some stress about the new baby, the private school tuition, we are doing a addition on our house, or should I say he is doing an addition on the house, he has not been working very consistanly and the money is only coming in to the house in drips and my level of anxiety then goes up and he responds by getting stoned and being the happiest most loving person that you could find but he is totally stoned…… I have had to explain Marijuana to all of the children and I say things like, well, you know a lot of Adults take medication from the Doctor but your Father just prefers a natural remedy. We know it is illegal but it is much safer than drinking and that is legal. The best remedy is, in my opinion, is making your spiritual life more strong! How one does that is different for each person. My husband was a stoner before he met me and he was looking for a great girl to spend his life with and now he says it is very stressful having to factor in my needs and wishes along with his, if he was to go off and have his freedom he would be just as unhappy, it is a real problem, happiness/joy is a product of the spiritual life, not the material. After saying all of that, I can’t wait until the new baby’s birthday, I want to drink a whole bottle of good California wine all BY MYSELF.

Good news, it seems as if the photos may be on the way. I received an E-mail from BP, he says he is in Florida and due home this weekend. He remembers finding the photos and putting them aside. Yeah.

I had to put this photo I found while fishing on the net.

The fellow at the bottom right with the big white beard was my next door neighbor for a few years, his name is Scott, the fellow to the right of him is thelatebphelium. That is such a sweet Athens photo, the fellow second from the left on the top is the brother of a certain Sagitarrius drummer that I have mentioned here on Freakscene a few times.

Good Gosh, No Modest Mouse, this is a J fest, someone else can organize that one!!!! The Charity idea is really cool. Although today I feel I need some charity but thats a whole other topic.

Oh I wanted to post again Mercury is in Retrograde so, it is important that any plans on this event do sort of come to a stop until September 3rd, when mercury goes direct, because it will never gel correctly. Of, course if you don’t believe in astrology than just ignore this post. :P

Hey perhaps Modest Mouse could play a few songs along with Dave Matthews and Jessica Simpson….. Oh, yeah, now I feel a line up happening.

I just sent an e-mail to BP lets see what happens. It looks as if he is getting ready for a great little tour. If you have the time check out his site (it has changed) and his music if he comes to your town. I want to see the photo of J’s fridge. I remember the story of my children going to visit the house were the nuns who teach them at St. Josephs live a few years ago, and they opened the fridge just to see what was inside. You know what the sisters had inside the fridge? Food!!!!! It blew the girls away. I would love to open J’s fridge. http://www.thelatebphelium.com/index.html”>http://www.thelatebphelium.com/index.html

I hope you had a great day, I know you are on your big vacation, what a perfect combination. Are you a Virgo or Leo? I think your birth location puts you into Virgo. Are you egotistical and bossy or over-analyzing and up-tight? My oldest child is a Virgo and it doesn’t get much better than that, she is helpful around the house, takes care of the animals, answers her e-mail on time and is very kind and a great student. She is really perfect, the only trouble is, typical of Virgos, she has great difficulty excepting that we are not as timely and perfect as she. Cheers, Stefka

Yes, I agree, NYC seems to be the best bet. We were only talking about other locations to eat cookies and drink tea in. I can’ t believe y’all are not into camping. Wow, the fire, the wine, the guitar, the songs, The fluffy sleeping bags, the best friends husband , the laughter, I mean the best friends and there husbands. We love camping down south. I like to camp in a nice hotel room from time to time myself.
We have a group of friends here that go camping together. I am an expert at campfire cooking and our buddy Kevin is the master of coffee in the morning. Onto other things. I was just this weekend informed about a wedding in State College,Pa that we must attend on the 21st of May. My birthday is the next weekend. My only request at the moment is that we can get together during the day and not only at night. Who knows if I will have the time or money to come but I am sure I could swing it.

Chaos, I often dreamed I would meet a boy who loved all the same things I did.

Yesterday my husband brought home ABBA’S GREATEST HITS, in SPANISH
you would think he had struck gold.

When I play any J music he jokes with friends, "She listens to him whine for about an hour and then she gets the idea and starts to whine herself"

I wouldn’t trade him for anyone else in the world but once in while he does cause me to entertain the thought of making him a big dish of amanita mushrooms.

Easy now, easy now, I think we should save the hash cookies and mushroom tea for the year the "J Fest" happens, like in the woods up in Canada or in the mountains of North Georgia. Then again,Coma Girl and Flying Cloud both said they are not the camping sort and a "J fest" wouldn’t be one without them. Perhaps you should just come down to the "Hostel in the woods" in south Georgia 5 mins. away from the Florida boarder and 15 mins. away from St. Simon Island. We can meet up and serve up a huge batch of cookies and tea. Everyone would end up in the lagoon, naked, hugging and laughing trying to catch moon beams and put them in a cup. :D :D :D :D

Oh, my, I had to edit and put this sort of negative review of the Hostel in the woods, please read it if you have the time, I love his idea of musicians being opposed to work but all about drinking beer. Oh, and his allergies, geez, so funny. Hear is a link.

So funny to hear you are in Florida, I really had an empty moonscape in my imagination when your name pops up. Anyway, how far down into Florida? My husband and his good friend Kiyoaki Kato are your perfect clients. They collect all of that old stuff and have it repaired, if they don’t have the time or can’t. I have seen lots of those tube amps go into the shop. The guy that fixes them takes a long time, like 6 weeks or so. My final thought, sounds like a fun business.

Talking at the dinner table last night, I shared information from freak scene, I mentioned the Rowan, Mr. Bean, story with my family. I told everyone that I had never heard of a Mr. Bean, and the children responded with a "MOM, OH, MY GOSH, everybody knows Mr. Bean" Little Juan was like "British guy, drives the mini-cooper around and acts like he is stupid" I am sort of freaked out that my children have information and I have no idea where or how they got it. When I asked them "Where have you seen Mr. Bean ( we have been a tv free family) the answer was "He is everywhere"
Wow, now I understand how my parents had no idea I was drinking beer and smoking pot in my room when I was 15. I guess we are not as aware as we think we are. :!:
