Fairly crappy web cam shots from the show. Band plays on stage.

I am doing a test run on the image download thing. I am very computer challanged but I read some good advice from FLying Cloud and Rambleon . Here goes the first test.

bummer, just a bunch of words, I will have to wait until sleeping beauty wakes up because I just don’t have it in me to F*@ K around until I get it right. I was getting so excited thinking it was going to work. I’ll be back Rambleon with those stills a little later.
Once Rich 9 years ago, I was in a restaurant here in Georgia. We had a large family near us at a table and when their food came they all lowered their heads and prayed. I thought "Wow what a good family" the parents are teaching the children to have reverence for their food. Then I began to breast feed my daughter "Keeko", she was just a few months old. I was in a booth, being very discreet. After a few miniutes the father of the table next to us came over and was VERY angry. He told me "I had ruined their meal" I have always thought. What could be closer to God than holding your baby in your arms and feeding them the way that was designed by God for us to do.
As I heard Alan Watts once say "So many Christians are reading the restaurant menu and calling themselves "Christian" but very few are ordering and then even fewer still are eating the food when it arrives. Those folks next to me in that restaurant "They were just reading the menu"

If you keep watching the cam you may see J come and get his gear from the stage soon. I assume that to be the case. I can’t believe we are still up!!! We are watching mystery science theatre on video. I was falling asleep. There he is now!!!It is 11:26 and J has just hit the stage. Sound with this cam would be very cool. Love looking at J fans, they are the ones standing around staring, all others are moving around from place to place talking. If you are up you can come to http://www.villaveces.us and see our daughter Tiger play guitar at the moment. Very unplanned but I can say look Tiger you are playing with J. Cool.

Several years ago I was in marriage counselling and my therapist taught me instead of getting upset to say to my partner "I hear you are very angry" Rich, I hear you. You are very angry right now and I am sorry about that. I don’t believe one should have an abortion but I believe that that service should be LEGAL AND SAFE for all women, I hope that through example I can show women how beautiful it is to have a family and care for your children and even under the most difficult of situations (such as having a child with Autism) children are always a blessing from God. And as our wonderful Priest Father Larry said "ONE CAN NOT BE PRO-LIFE AND PRO-WAR AT THE SAME TIME" George Bush not be much of a Christian at all. Christians are not the enemy those who love and I mean LOVE money are the real enemies. Many profess to be christian and are anything but.Real Christians do exist as you know and they are full of love and understanding and believe that anymore money than enough to make do should be shared with those who can’t even make do.
I don’t know you Rich, but you know I love you, and as a Sagittarius you were born with an extra sort of ease when it comes to being close to God as you say. Does George Bush have a connection to God ( most often made deeper through prayer and meditation, Daily "Giving Thanks") The Bible says in Proverbs 6, 16-19, that the things that really remove God from your life are 1. Haughty eyes ( pride) 2. a lying tongue 3. hands that shed innocent blood. 4. a heart that devises wicked schemes 5. feet that are quick to rush into evil (sin) 6. a false witness (a fake Christian) 7.One who stirs up dessension among his brothers. So, don’t worry most Christians are not really Christian at all. Oh, and my favorite, I am not angered really by the "dim-witted people from the south" because Christ and my Mother-in-law have helped me learn Proverbs 12:16 on a very deep level.A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a wise man overlooks an insult. He answers an insult with love.
Juan got up to go outside for a minute and I jumped on the computer and came here. I am so happy to find out about the web-cam. Thanks Rambleon, I will try to save a shot or two, the stage is way in the backgroud with lots of shirt backs in front of it, quality is pretty crappy, not too clear but….. If they go on after 11:30 I may be asleep. Seeing the shots of the ocean makes me want to take the family up north next summer( today the temp. was 95 F, I must go North), next August perhaps. I love New Hampshire and Maine, I love the coast of Mass but only in the summer, NEVER in the Winter, for that would be the death of me.

Oh, pssss, I have to hit edit again, before I went to bed we looked up Ozzy Osbourne’s birthday, Dan is into astrology also, we found out it is early December, like the 1st, second or third. Anyway, we started talking about J Mascis, Brian Crum (A local drummer), Ozzy and Dan’s wife Bonnie, who byw, is born on J’s BD, Dec. 10th. We had a chuckle thinking of the ways they all communicate. How about introducing her to your new girlfriend, thats how I ended a 5 year relationship with a boy. We were still living together and it was the night of a big annual party for professional photographers, I had planned to meet him there around 8pm or so. I met up with him but I brought along my new boyfriend. The truth is I still feel bad about not ending things the right way. The Karma, that new boyfriend, the one that I took to the party, he left town to make a film for a few months and came home with a new girlfriend. OH WELL.

Rambleon, I think we are alright, weirdos to other things on the internet. My sister was all about Dinosaur Jr. when she was younger (I turned her on) but now she is all about plastic surgery (she has boobs and new eyelids, bigger lips ) She is into expensive cosmetics and creams, She couldn’t breast feed her last child because she had the new plastic boobs. She has her nails done once a month and gets botox shots. One weekend last winter I spent the night at her house and I came here to see what was happening and she was so upset (fueled in part by 2 bottles of wine combined with her zoloft or paxil or wellbutrin (SP?) or what ever) She told me " Your so fucking weird, grow up, why don’t you"
I guess her idea of growing up is to have someone put you asleep and cut into your chest cavity and insert plastic pouches, that once healed (several weeks ) your husband and lick, okay I’m sorry that is so weird to me. 
my only other J dream was, I was waiting and waiting to see J come out to play music. I caught him from the corner of my eye walking around looking for something it seemed. I woke up before I heard any music.

I have very strong dreams every night and always have. I don’t recall song or any sound. Strange. I just thought of it. You have converstation in dreams but I don’t "hear" the voice, it is just understood to be the voice.
Many, many, many, years ago, come to think of It, I had a Rush dream with music, I remember the bleacher seats in the dream and I remember waking up with some big Rush song in my head but can’t recall it. I hope others find this topic and answer because it would be fun to read a collection of J dreams from other fans. The Replacements, ahhh, those were good days!! :aliensmile:

I have to share something funny. Juan just bought a 300 disk Cd player. We were having issues as far as storage and this seems perfect for now. I have developed a fun technique of musicmancy.
That is put the whole thing on suffle and think of a question. Then you see how the song that comes up next answers it.
So of course I think, let J play and whatever comes out is always perfect.
I am going into the last trimester of pregnancy and I can feel a definite change in attitude. Dave Schools band played over the weekend (Stockholm Syndrome) with The Tom Collins opening. I know if I wasn’t pregnant I would have been downtown putting the Gemini verbal assult on Dave about J. 1. What is he like? What does he do in his spare time? Is he really SXE? but…..because I am due to give birth in 12 weeks my new Philosophy is, Who the fuck Cares about J Mascis, good gosh, get real!!!! This is always the way it is for me (and many women before giving birth) if it doesn’t have anything to do with me or my nest I just can’t relate. So weird the change in feelings, all related to hormones, I guess. A friend asked me if someone told you Mascis would be playing with Dave and his band downtown would you go. My answer was "NO" I am really sticking out, waddling around pregnant. You don’t go out and hang out in smoke filled bars until the wee hours of the morning listening to loud music. Oh, pregnancy and what it does to you, so strange.

Yes, I think he makes good eye contact but as rambleon said he may be very present with you and that is a good thing or it could be a defense mechanism also because we find that with Anna alot also. Her parents are living in two different states and she doesn’t get much time with them. Sometimes I think her stares are about not getting to close, or not asking to many personal questions.
