I’m a Systems Administrator/Network Administrator for a Cold Storage Door Company.
They make gigantic cold storage doors, and I make sure the computer network works, and the users are kept clueless.Paypal/ebay doesn’t really suck though. I use it all of the time. As long as you are smart, and you read EVERYTHING, you are going to be ok. And if you have a question or a doubt, ask the seller. Or ask someone here! Do research on the seller BEFORE you buy something. I never buy something from someone on ebay who is not a POWER SELLER, or someone who does not have an EBAY STORE with TONS of positive feedback.
I would be very weary in buying these shoes on ebay. Where is a seller going to get them from if they are not even for sale yet?And they’re ugly as hell. I think J is laughing. Because damn, they are really fugly.
I skateboarded for like 20 years, and I don’t really get these shoes at all. They look like old-school Air Jordan basketball shoes. I don’t see any kind of support or padding for skateboarding, but maybe I’m just an over-the-hill old school skater who hasn’t set foot on a board in 5 years.
Sorry to hear about those ebay auctions. That’s like buying a ‘photo of a PS3’ for $700.
I am so far out there in left field, I don’t run Windows or Apple.

I totally believe they’ll tour. I think they’ll do it just like in 2005. usa then overseas, then usa, then overseas, a couple times.

Log on as Administrator, go to My Computer, right-click and properties on the directory you cannot access. Security Tab, Advanced (at the bottom) and change ownership to you.
To get to "DOS" on XP, Start > Run, type in CMD and hit enter.
I like the Linksys WRT54G routers. Not the newer ones, but the older ones. Versions 1-4. You can pick them up cheap on ebay for like $20-$50.
The software that ships on the Linksys routers is lame, but you can uprgrade the firmware (software) on the router and do unbelievable things with it.
There’s a website called http://www.sveasoft.com which sells custom firmware for the Linksys Routers. It’s like $20 a year, and it is really good stuff.Your scenario would be like this:
1 Linksys router in your house and 1 Linksys Router in your friends house. They are both connected via WDS (Wireless Distribution System)
The router in your house is simply plugged into the wall for POWER. The router in your friends house is the one connected to the internet.
They form a wireless bridge, and you would connect wirelessly to your router, which is talking to your friends router.
The ranges I have seen with WDS are anywhere between 500-1000 feet.OR, you could go absolutely ape-shit and pull something like I did a couple years ago. Just using a common usb wifi-adapter.

The range on that dish is 2-3 blocks with a clean line of sight.Also, if it’s just 150 feet away, the wireless card in your computer may be able to reach his access point with no problems, with doing nothing to it.
You will need security, WPA2 Personal, or people like me will come by and leach your bandwidth from you, and you will not ever know
