sometimes I think it’s the "red’s out in your eyes" that makes sense too but it probably is rage.
April 13, 2005 at 2:28 pm in reply to: Stomp & Stammer.com: Time heals Deep Wound(s) Mar ’05 #108574no it’s just that when you see the words little and things with fury between it you tend to glance over and thinks furry because it’s a more familar phrase to people. the title is not in the lyrics so who knows. I think J is making a play on words
April 12, 2005 at 10:01 pm in reply to: Stomp & Stammer.com: Time heals Deep Wound(s) Mar ’05 #108572do you guys pronounce it little furry or little fury things? I wonder if the spelling mistake was intentional of not
either way both the breeders and death cab paid homage to the song name in song names
that was a great read. one of the best piece of dinosaur jr I have read in years.
I have a copy of green mind that skips during water and a copy of YLAOM that skips during kracked. anyone interested? trade or something

I mean, if I didn’t know I would like to know that his name is Joseph and he’s 39. Entertainment weekly always makes sure you know how old the people are…

I was thinking that too. I listened to Bug in the car today and for the first time I really enjoyed Don’t
anyway, I think the perfect song to play would be "Budge" -> poppy, lou and j can sing on the chorus.
the post would also be good. what a great melody in the chorus and great playing in the instrumental part
okay sorry that link doesn’t work anymore. but it’s definetly worth search for and tracking down. i’m sure it’s up on other web sites
that video is great. if you missed their Conan appearance it might still be found here

April 6, 2005 at 7:30 pm in reply to: Channel Four Teletext interview with J – 5th April 2005 #108410I googled mascis + witch and found this
Labiators Shows Page
… APRIL 2, BROOKLYN, NY, PROJECT ROBOT, WITCH (FEATURING J. MASCIS AND MEMBERS
OF FEATHERS). APRIL 5, ASHEVILLE, NC, HAND CRANKED LOUNGE ON TINGLE ALLEY …
http://www.labiators.com/shows.htm – 18k – Cached – Similar pageshowever when i tried to get to the page the show was not listed. perhaps it was a cancelled gig that was archived by google
April 6, 2005 at 4:27 pm in reply to: Channel Four Teletext interview with J – 5th April 2005 #108409I find it annoying that they have to add in little tidbits like "J, 39" or (stands for Joseph). It really ruins the flow of the article.
Yes we need to know more about Witch
Jenny Jones is a day time talk show like a trashy version of Oprah. It’s much like Sally jesse Raphael. filmed in chicago. it’s usually about makeovers or cheating.
It’s kind of sad that not more events are trying to book Dinosaur Jr. I’m sure that there will be more North American shows after Download though.
I think Kracked is kind of an odd choice for a song to play. It’s pretty aggressive. Mind you it’s a hard one to screw up and will show off the bands raw power. I’m pretty excited for next Friday
