Hi Toshi,

Thank you for your great review. Your detailed review can clearly remind me of the show. Actually, I don’t know a lot about musical instruments but I enjoyed your review. :D I thought both shows were great but personally I prefer club quattro to liquid room regarding the live hall. Quattro is not so big and the atomosphere is good. I saw the last Dinosaur Jr. show there and it was also great.

Anyway, I also want to thank J, Matt and George for your great show here in Japan.

Now I feel kind of empty…because I was really looking forward to seeing the J’s shows in Japan and they were over…

Hello, toshi,
(my user name is toshie, so very similar)

I also went to see J’s live for 2 days. It was really great!! :D :D
Especially, I was really happy to hear "Sleage Feast" on live.! Since I saw J playing on the live video in this site, that song has been my favorite.
In both days, I could feel that every boys and girls love J and really enjoy his playing. I was happy to be there and feel the enthusiasm.

Thank you, flying cloud :D
How was the Hamburg gig?

J’s 2000 live in Japan, Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth appeared on the stage and played with J. (Sonic Youth also came to Japan for Japan Tour. )That was really great. 8) Sonic Youth’s show in Japan is also scheduled next year on the day close to the J’s live. So I’m expecting that we can see their playing again!!

Anyway, I will let you know how great the gig was :D

Hello, RD.
I’m glad you can get Japanese version of J’s new album. But I wounder how much the shipping cost will be? All of the Japanese versions are more expensive than the overseas version…It may cost a little bit but I think it ‘s worth of it.

Thanks for the link of the Monster Cable, Nancy Boy,
In Japan, there is not much info about J. So this site is really good for me.

Hello Flying Cloud,

I’m happy that you could order Japanese release. Enjoy J’s new songs and 2 bonus tracks.

Hello Boilerman,
It has no drums, I think. Is that the blind pig version?

*Japanese release
I bought the album by website of the Tower Record Japan. Tower JP seems to accept orders only by the local residents and have no Englishg info service. So I checked HMV Japan website. I think you can order there. The address is as follows;

http://www.hmv.co.jp/Product/Detail.asp?sku=458866

If you could’nt order, please let me know. I will check other websites.

*Alone
Thank you for you info about the version of "Alone", Chris. I think you are right becuase the liner note says that this song is played by Ron Ashton and J together (But no mention about when & where). And it’s funny story about you ears! I can imagine that.

Hello, flying cloud. Yes, I think so, too. We are very lucky.

"Alone" is an electric version with heavy guitar solo. I don’t know when and where this song was played ’cause there is no info in it.

"No Way" is a totally rock song. Very cool. One of my favorite tracks in the new album.

In previous J’s live in Japan, I could see a lot of fans. I thought the number of them got bigger than when I went to the DInasaur Jr’s live. Maybe, it will be more in his next live in Japan.

Thank you, Salami!

I am really into the new album. I am listening all day.
