        Wahayyyyyy!
Excellent, have emailed up a storm already!
Guaranteed sellout in Wellington (Bar Bodega holds just under 400) and probably in Auckland too! Suspect the Ozzie ones will sell out too!:D
Bar Bodega is an excellent venue both sound and atmosphere wise and the owner Fraser is a good dude that does heaps for NZ music and generally supports any good music he can get to play at his bar, so I am stoked!:P

Will post reviews etc afterwards! … must remember not to get too damaged beforehand, must remember to…..

Wonder who the bass dude will be? It would be megacool if it was Watt.
The man is a legend in his own right. Cant think of any musician who gigs as hard!
His tour itinerary’s read like a… well I dont know what really, just bloody ridiculous doing that many gigs in that many days!

If J & or manager etc reads these and are worried about venues I can give some tips for NZ! There are a large number & variety of venues here but some of them just wont suit the band or else wont be able to hold the right number of punters!
Don’t make the mistake Bob Mould did and have it at the Kings Arms in Auckland, not that it’s a bad venue just too small!

Amazing how whenever you buy an import CD it gets released locally with a sweetener! Damn! Oh well I have had the album for a few weeks now and it’s been on high rotate for me! :D

          Cheers

We’ll keep our fingers crossed J announces a european tour for The Fog sometime soon, as well as a cross US/Canadian tour for the rest of us  For now all we know of are the dates listed above, along with the rumored shows in Oz & NZ.

Wow I hope J does come to Welllington. I saw him last time here up at the University…. ages ago. Some tomfoolery with changing venues and the useless ticketek people stuffed it up :x which meant I couldn’t get a ticket & had to queue for two hours to get in  ! Fire regs meant they could let in only 18 more people at the last minute… I was # 17 in line. Talk about relief!

I was also at Bob Mould in Auckland in December. He was available to chat with anyone before the gig and was really apologetic about not coming to Wellington. They had really underestimated his popularity down here! Heaps of Welly folk at his Auckland gig and sold out about 3 times over!
Lets hope J doesn’t make the same mistake. Need to book a decent sized venue in Auckland and the same in Welly!
