I took Allison to mean J spoke about it in a chat. In Freakscene chatroom? The option to join the chatroom is almost never there for me. Is that a Mod perk?
Got my copy yesterday. Looks pretty good, lots of quotes by alternativeindie bands mostly, which is nice because the other quote books I have are primarily quotes from the more widely known rockers. Just skimmed through it, but only saw three quotes from J ("prominently featured"?). Ordered through Amazon and it came super fast. I think it was even on sale.

Anthony…a friend of mine had told me about adaware today and he uses it with no problems. I downloaded it tonight and sure enough, the pop ups ended but I had trouble surfin while the satellite thing from Audiogalaxy was running. I don’t have high speed access on my laptop and the net has been running really slow when I have been downloading, but tonight I was having trouble pulling pages up – don’t know if it had to do with the adaware or not…..thought I’d warn ya though just in case the adaware caused this.
Anthony, go to CNET.com and search for Adaware. You can download it for free and it removes all that stuff.

I read the same articles about the Ford Explorer and the Lincoln Town car test drive. He had said he liked the Lincoln Town car because of the instrument panel or something and that it was his rental car of choice. Seems he had one in Atlanta one time when I went there to see him play (we were staying at the same hotel). Both of those articles were from a while back, but I’m guessing he is still in a SUV or else a van.

1) I got a different feel from more light than your previous stuff. I guess more upbeat. Do you agree that’s true and if you do, what do you attribute it to?

I’ve got:
– purple with big cow face
– black with the monster and the girl next to a castle (two of these – the colors of the picture are different on them)
– black with a purpleblack gorilla and a cow
– green with dog and fire hydrant
– purple with guy and a fish
– white Fog one with bat thing on frontMy favorite is definitely the cowgorilla one. Bought it from a charity auction and it was autographed, but I washed it thinking it would be permanent ink and it wasn’t. <img>

Thanks for that one, Rosa – just in time! Paul Westerberg’s new thing is supposed to be on Letterman April 29th. Not sure if they will be appearing as Grandpaboy or Paul Westerberg. Rumour is Dave Pirner and Tommy Stinson are part of the new line-up, but unconfirmed.
Wish he would get back with Tommy, didn’t like his solo stuff much, but sure did like the Mats.

Cloning, huh? Might explain why I’ve always been the "different" one in my family….
I don’t remember where it was, but someone also posted an interview somewhere that said J went to India (I think) to visit the Amma place and seems like he stayed a week or more. Said he saw her hug millions of people or something like that.
Anybody remember what I’m talking about?
