Just got back from Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This is the first song I listened to.Last week I finaly bought this band-book with 6 cd’s. A musical history. It’s great stuff, with all kind of different versions, outtakes etc. The book is great too. THE BAND rules!!!
Consider yourself applauded! Excellent choice, my friend.
It’s all good but, Big Pink and the brown album are their best work. I love the versatility here: Everyove plays different insturments at various times. Garth plays 25 insturments
on the brown album alone! As I’ve said before: The very definition of underrated.Oh, Levon’s an Arkansas boy, ya know…..

I think most of the guests get here by poking around trying to find J/Dino info and start looking around here only to find moldy posts like Freddie King and Etta James: Probably a turnoff if you’re younger. So, I may be contributing to the new member scareaway. From now on I’m gonna try to be cooler.

Dinosaur Jr.- No Bones
So, my wife watches American Idol every week. Last night she comes to the music room and hears this song.
"Is that that Dinosaur guy?" she says.
"Oh, yeah" I affirm.
"My God, he’d never make it on American Idol. He can’t sing at all. Sounds like a cat in heat!"
