haven’t heard Dino on the radio for a very long time. but yesterday at 3am when I was entering a club, I was greeted by "Feel the Pain", which made me feel very much at home
further the cool female DJ played stuff like Modest Mouse, the Arcade Fire, Beck, the Thermals etc, etc. nice place.Quote:Murph and Barlow provide more than standard backup, with Barlow’s bass moving from straight eighth-note thump to the occasional countermelody, and Murph furiously punching snare hits and fills into the sparser corners.good description of how their trio sound works in such a tight way

yeah someguy, I was also guessing that the videotapers you’ve seen were the two or three "official" guys who are collecting video material for the band at any show.
embedded_c, thanks for the impressions and the pic

hope the guitar string didn’t either hurt your wife, or J
that’s just right you two got the string, at least.thanks also for the setlist, sounds like a great show!
and yes stanner, I can confirm that it’s good to see them more than once.
I mean, seeing them once, is like having the time of the life, but more than one show lets you see more of the details, too. hope you’ll have another chance to catch them, if possible. but this way or the other, I wish anyone a great time at the current US shows!wow, that’s rare! lyrics, directly from the band

thanks a lot!
have definitely fun tonight, guys

enjoy, and tell us how it was!July 8, 2005 at 10:08 am in reply to: AZ says hi, and Fort Apache’s mixing console does too. #110677hey havershaw, welcome here

some nice and interesting stories, indeed!…the Forget The Swan lyrics!
…would you mind posting them here?thankfully I just I received an email from rambleon, where she told me that she and her husband are ok, although shocked and sad about the ongoings yesterday.
I can second that, hope all London Freaksceners and everyone around them are safe and not affected by the attacks!

how horrible it must have been in those trains, and also to see the public transport breaking down within a morning which started all normally

I don’t want to disencourage anyone, but down from the gallery of the Forum in London on June 9 I’ve seen the following scene:
the openers Modey Lemon were playing and a guy in front of the stage started to record with his video camera. not after a minute someone came out from backstage, asking what he was doing. the reply must have been ok, because the guy continued recording. later I saw him on stage with Modey Lemon, obviously being a part of their crew.
and of course (at least as far as I saw) he didn’t continue recording during the Dino set.thanks a lot for the info!

-good thing is, there will probably be a DVD with the best footage of the tour

-sad thing is, there probably won’t be entire show recordings in video format
I didn’t look it up, until now…. another good laugh

this is amazing! where is it from?cool that it’s fixed now. those pics are really great

I can see the thumbnails, but when I click to enlagre, I get a javescript error and nothing happens

hope this can be solved, looks like the pics are good
