No fear, SG, still here and relatively dry. Though for a moment I was deathly afraid when I saw the road vanish completely underwater and move closer and closer to my home. Huge pieces of the road are missing and debris still litters the roads. I only got internets and phone restored today. I’ve never seen anything like it before so close to home and I would really like to keep it that way from now on. Though I do count myself lucky knowing how bad things have turned out for so many others.
SG! *gives you a wedgie but in the most loving way possible*
I would’ve loved if Over the Edge by the Wipers played just as I teetered on the edge of the plane as I was about to jump. And you should do it! It honestly was the most fun thing I’ve ever done in my life. But then my idea of a good time is having a strange man attached to my back while being thrown out of something. Hubba hubba. But it really was such a blast that I kind of have an unexpected little vacation the first week of August and so am doing it again. And I’ve been saving up my money too to get a gorilla french kissing the Lochness monster tattooed on my body but I want to jump out of a plane more so gorilla tattoo must wait.
I bet you growing a mustache reversed that whole process, Tonas.
And oh my, I’ve never had so much fun with all of my clothes on before…
Tonas, your mustache made me weep a little.
Oh honey, I’m so happy for you! And the fact that you will be taking your little one to hear Sebadoh is beyond brilliant. Your baby isn’t even born and it’s hip.

No worries, SG! Your dedicated video(which is awesome) was like getting twelfty banana related presents.
The gorilla in me approves.
"Tony Raines" wrote:I like throwing away brand new guitar world magazines without recycling.Tony, have you ever considered donated those magazines to your local library? I bet tons of kids would love to get their hands on those.
Plus libraries are awesome and people should visit them more often. In fact, that’s another thing going on my list!I like the library. Kindle and the internets are great but their is nothing like the feel/smell/nostalgia you feel when you find a fantastic book. Plus I have the greatest book mark in the world made of two lovely dried, pressed flowers.
Oh my, I just had a flashback to the old G.I. Joe public service announcements where they end with "And knowing is half the battle."
It’s too early to think.

Oh you guys
…All your wishes sound lovely and I hope each and every single one of them comes true. And about this…
"girl" wrote:Wear…even more fake mustachesFor my birthday I got these awesome stick on staches. From 3 different people! So now my magnets, books and my bathroom mirror are all decked out with magnificent, masculine mustaches.

The one on the bathroom mirror is awesome because it is down low enough to not block my view when I need to see myself but in the perfect spot to look like I have a stache when I bend down to rinse my mouth when I brush my teeth. And when I get out of the shower and stand in front of the mirror, it looks like my bellybutton is a little mouth and my breastages are the eyes.
Oh how I hope I still amuse this easily all throughout this new year.
What about panda cows?!
I bet their meat tastes endangered.
I like the Marked Men. Get To You could play every 2 minutes all day for the rest of my life and I would be in heaven. Or slowly go mad. Either way I come out the victor.
I like MC! Even though his last name isn’t "Hammer"
He’s so talented and awesome and gave me something to make my wishes on.
I like the fact that the year ended with fireworks and cheers and started with the same. Oh 2011, the possibilities you offer sparkle like diamonds. Or a sequin encrusted christmas sweater.
And I still like you guys.

They met their tragic end not long after they released their first album. Quite sad really. Especially since they were so talented. If I were to put on their album it would fit right in with the Clash, the Vibrators, and the Buzzcocks.
And then I bought this!

The first track alone is enough to pull you in.Three songs are thrilling me today…
1. Christmas Island ~ Blackout Summer
Just because it’s super awesome the way it makes love to my ear vaginas.2. Christmas Island ~ My Baby
Because everyone has that someone they will never get over. Someone who has ultimately ruined you from ever feeling love again3. The Exploding Hearts ~ Shattered (You Left Me)

Oh my. When I picked up Melted I thought I was looking into a mirror. And then I picked up Blackout Summer and thought my foot was looking into a mirror.
Why didn’t anyone tell me these albums existed?! I demand answers. And satisfaction. -
