what a cool guy Berz is! how nice to answer when fans have questions! i hope to see him with j/dino soon.
they should hook up with mike j and do a dino post-lou tour next year…
i´ve heard it´s usually really good.
me and my girlfriend are there. can´t wait to see the old men playing again.
the show is still not sold out…that sucks.
Mine cost about 40 bucks (in sweden), but like i said; it included both the Witout A Sound CD and the 5 live tracks CD.
Same goes for the Quest CD, it was crazy expensive. 10 tracks, about 35 bucks. But what are you gonna do? I had never even heard some of the songs. Of course I paid whatever they wanted for it.
this should do the trick:

It is the exact same liverecording that were released as a single entitled "Feel The Pain, Live Tracks"
i got a bonus cd called Keeblin´when i bought the Australian tour edition of Without A Sound. But it was recorded at Brixton Academy in 1994. It only contains 5 tracks:
feel the pain, get me, grab it, what else is new, sludgefeastIs that the one you are after?
The one i have is fricking good anyway.
the jloumurph cd is (or at least was) very easy to find in sweden. they had it at pretty much every big record store a few years ago

fr Lou – how many cats do you own?
i can answer for the second one:
the lemonheads will be reuniting and play a show in London soon. They will be playing the whole "Its a shame about ray" album from start to finnish. How about that?! i doubt that murph will be playing the drums though…July 23, 2005 at 1:13 am in reply to: Questions you would like to hear asked in Dino interviews. #111619i´m happy as long as the interviewer doesnt ask about the Lou-J beef and the firing of Lou. It is getting old.

No need for that — he should just get back out on the road with the Schools/Spence Fog and restrict whatever Dino material he plays to the post-Lou years. Maybe then we can get to hear some of the great stuff from Hand It Over that he never plays with the Fog.
i would rather see mike and berz with J then any fog lineup. but thats just me. to me, the fog (band and songs) has never really reached the same greatness as dinosaur jr did. but like i said, that´s just me.
oh- thanks everone for the updates on mike johnson…
man, i have to get that johnson record. i loved "year of mondays", its one of my favourite recordings.

the boston show is already on freesofree…isnt it? avalon?!
am i the only one who thinks dino jr sounds better then ever? the boston recording is amazing and so are the other ones from July (amsterdam etc). not to mention the one i saw i June. cant wait to see them again, three weeks to go…
i´ve said it before in some other thread but…what the hell; wouldnt it be cool if, next summer, J teams up with Mike J and Berz (or possibly keep Murph) and does another reunion tour playing songs from Where you Been – Hand It Over. I like that period, just listen to the bootlegs from that time, some of them (especially from the green mind era) are amazing. J sounds so pissed off back then.
But i have to agree that Dino Jr probably has never sounded better then now. The original trio was not this good live back in the days.(judging from livevideos and bootleg recordings)
As far as new recordings with Lou and Muph goes i dont see it happening. I´d totally support it and im sure it´d turn out great but after reading tons of interviews im pretty sure it wont happen.
