Im going to reply to a few of the threads you have posted about the Aus/NZ gigs in here, i hope you dont mind…

What gives with the poor vocals? I thought it was just due to the venue that they played at in Auckland, but after reading several reviews it seems to be a problem at most of the gigs. For the Auckland gig it seemed like an entirely instrumental gig cos i could hear no vocals at all

I cant help but keep repeating the part where it hits him to when he leaves…just soo sad…playing for a while then just dropping his guitar…so sad.

Also i can get the full setlist if anyone wants it. I got J’s guitar pick too.

I really wish Lou opened. I would kill to hear him live especially when hes taking requests from the crowd!!!! He was sooo funny though, im pretty sure everytime someone shouted out something to him that he looked at them and nodded or laughed. Also J went into a crazy guitar solo and Lou and Murph just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. I kinda felt sorry for Lou though cos im sure that his mic was way quieter than J’s. At the end of the encore he went to say ‘thank you’ and the mic wasnt even on…and he just shrugged. The sound was pretty bad at the front…couldn’t hear any vocals at all.

I got one of the Green Mind Alien shirts….fuck its awesome.

When everyone was lining up outside, Murph walked out and walked along the road. No one even recognized him!

That tour schedule is really rough.

Australia one night, New Zealand the next and then back to Australia two days later.

I got my ticket for the Auckland gig today!

I downloaded the album (i have weak willpower and just couldnt resist – same thing happened with the new Stooges album and Stadium Arcadium when it was released).

Anyway, i think the album is pretty solid but i think Back To Your Heart is my favourite song off the album. I also like Crumble.

Im in New Zealand and i was walking down Auckland CBD today (High Street) and a shop had the Dinosaur Jr shoes in the window.

I went in and bought them! $230 NZ which is reasonably cheap when compared to other countries.

They are awesome eye candy
