Interesting. But is´nt it basically the same as a stock Mustang bridge but with adjustable saddles?.
I use Mustang bridges on my JM´s (Better than the stock ones anyway)….But,like mentioned, bends can be a problem
.If Fender finally made a bridge that actually works should´nt it be available to JM-owners other than those with a J signature?.Maybe we should all write Fender?"FU " wrote:I think he uses a standard tune-o, but the one on the sig is slightly different. I think it has been adjusted to play on fender neck because this thing, out of the box, screams. Fender make the bridge a damned accessory. I written that 20n times now. I’ll stop. Will this "Adjusto-matic"-bridge fit on a regular US Jazz??….And is it even possible to buy one?.
"mind_glow " wrote:Sounds like the same as Emmaboda, Sweden the day before Copenhagen. But the Orange was in the middle.Yeah..The actual setup was:Marshall-Orange-HiWatt

He used a Marshall,Hi-watt and Orange when he played here in Copenhagen last night.Sorry…No pictures

Haha…That one made me laugh!….And puke…and cry

So J is playing in Oslo?.This is his only european gig for now or…?.It would be nice to see him here in Copenhagen…Although the crazy riot-atmosphere could keep most visitors away at the moment.
I think it was to "dampen"…Well help to hold the strings in place as he might have used the stock bridge back in those days.
Yeah…That´s a shame.I popped in once in a while to watch them too.
If I remember correctly the whole show (Dvd) was seeded on Dime some time ago.
There´s some great 88´footage up on youtube which I have´nt seen before…So it´s not all bad news.

I meant to ask which label?.Baked goods?Talking about the HBE Germania:I´m thinking about getting one….Is there big difference between the "Standard" and the OC44-version?Soundwise i mean?
Will it be out on vinyl?.If so where can I get it??.
I´ve never seen a jazz-guy playing the JM….Now or then.(Wonder what Leo Fender had in mind when he was designing it to be a "Jazzguitar?).
The guitar Carl Perkins played was´nt a JM.It looked a bit JM´ish with the soapbar pu´s…Maybe some custom-built thing?.

i own two jazz’s and a jag and their bridge are really buzzy… does anybody how the switch to a gibson tuneomatic work??? should i need to make any mods or it would be a "plug-and-play" stuff?
many thanks mates!I´m no expert on this, but the "Standard" T.o.m.-bridge should fit but might cause problems with neck radius. The other T.o.m.-bridges requires some drilling. If the Mustang-bridge is set up in a fixed position it should be as good as a T.o.m.
"darren " wrote:It’s a reissue from around 1994, Gibson did a limited run to celebrate it’s 100th anniversaryIs it true they only made 100 of the RI´s??.That would make chances of getting one very slim!
…Not to mention the $ they would go forYeah I see what you mean about the Lennon guitar….But this have a cutaway and a headstock that looks quite "Gibsonish"??.
Maybe it´s because i live in Denmark,but…Erh..Who is this Buckethead-guy?.
