Possibly, it sort of just seems like jamming to me due to J sort of starting and stopping, but who knows.

Here is my first attempt on the first bit which you play twice. You could play it other ways, but this is just what I came up with first, I’ll try and improve it later, and also do more.

[/pre]Contrary to what I said before I think it’s probably gash and run, it doesn’t sound like cash it to me.
Recently I’ve been making some messy drawings by creating a blank layer above a photo in Photoshop and scribbling over a photo to get the effect you can see below. I did this one of Mascis.
