LOL, I sorta find it sweet that you felt like having to throw in a "think" in that reply, as if saying "oh, this was such a long looong time ago *rubbing of chin* and I’m soooo much over that little episode in my life now, but if search real reeeaaal hard in the back of my head I think I can recollect her name being … " Oh, no need to apologize to me nige. I was the one screwing up in the first place. Anyways ..

Oh yes, indeed it was
<BLOCKQUOTE><font>quoteQuote:<STRONG>I heard The Fog do some of Pavement’s Range Life on a John Peel session. Gotta love that Buddy Rich ranting at the end of the thing too. That guy was pissed alright.
Very well, I’ll give you this ..
Oh dear, I seem to be screwing up 2 outta 3 things today (not just in here ). Sure hope I’m back to normal tomorrow. I see now that I never should’ve started this thread since it already existed; Dino songs covered by other artists / fans. So, it’s fine by me if this one is removed, if nige’s post could be moved somewhere else. Anyways, sorry for not checking what was there.
Well I’m happy for them, really, I am!
I was just looking for an excuse to put "Fräulein Forehand" in a post, for some reason that nick cracks me up just thinking about it. However, people have been telling me not to think about it too often, so I’d better put an end to this right now.
Hmm, maybe "where the grass is green and the girls are pretty" refers to wimbledon? I for one used to think that Steffi Graf was just that .. pretty. Really liked her nick too: Fräulein Forehand
Any news of her and Agassi breaking up?September 14, 2001 at 6:33 pm in reply to: What’s on your turntable and why: Part 2, The Quest for the #66717Thanks for the info about Swervedriver. Hope they do turn it up to sonic level again, cuz I really dug Raise too. Would be cool to have a really good english band to be into again. Not too many of those around these days IMHO.

Slow response here, but I’m wondering what’s going on with Swervedriver these days. I was really into them back when the tune Son of a Mustang Ford came out. Still love that one, but since I didn’t find the stuff they put out after that as hot, my interest faded and I haven’t checked them out in years. Wasn’t even aware that they’re still around. So, have I been missing out on something really good here?Whoa, J in NY when it happened. Great to hear from him.

For what it’s worth, prolly not much, the same thing went on in the rest of the european union today, so I put down my 3 mins too. Can’t help thinking though that it should have been a joint stand for all european countries, not just those in the EU. Seems just stupid to divide europe into two separate parts over a thing like this, as if the fu*#ing Berlin wall was still there. Not gonna start an EU debate in here though, so I’m shutting up about this.Anyways, I’m glad that it now seems like all you people here at freakscene, as well as those near you, came out of the nightmare basically ok.

Wouldn’t stretch is as far as to say that she was a musician, but there were .. eh .. "songs" alright.
Touch me (I want to feel your body) was being played all over the place here in europe at the time, there was just no place to hide from it! WTF, it’s starting to play in my head now ..<BLOCKQUOTE><font>quote:</font><HR>Originally posted by jeremiah:

So Jeremiah is 13 year old girl huh, that’s cool with me, but this better not mean that the same goes for you ELJ, cuz then I’d be really concerned about that orgy taking place in the chat room the other day September 13, 2001 at 12:45 pm in reply to: what’s the song being played on the boston video on this web #56747That’s "Get me" then.
