Yes.. I went on Friday and it was about the same time. 9:30pm-ish….. Good strategy on your part. The floor got REALLY packed as soon as the opening band finished.

Also, I would recommend a spot dead center, about 5 feet in front of the bar. I’ve been to about 5 shows at the Troubadour in the past 6 months and this seems to be the best area to stand in. It’s great being up close but the sound isn’t as good up there.

Oh….and be careful about being "anal" in that part of town…. Okay…that was a really bad joke…really bad

The new material was great. Disappointed they didn’t do Crumble off the new album. I was also hoping to hear Muck, Thumb and The Wagon….. Either way though, it was an epic night.
