The support in Bristol was Little Barrie and he/they were great. 🙂
Well said Javro. 🙂
They were supposed to come on at nine, but it was more like ten past nine when they came on. Although Murph was on the stage before nine – and he just waited. 🙂 The encore started at ten past ten, and then they played two more songs, so I think that makes an hour plus the last two songs (Just Like Heaven and Sludgefeast).
Hey SimonM, I don’t think it was abuse. I think he was just really excited. 🙂
I agree! I’ve seen then many times over the years, but the Bristol show was awesome. The guys seemed really fresh (I’ve seen them looked knackered and in bad moods before, but there was none of that this time).
They played a mix of old and new. And they payed The Wagon – hooray and Start Choppin – which I can’t recall hearing them lay for quite a while.
Went to see them in Bristol the other night. It was awesome.
Woohoo 🙂

Thanks for your help Jeremiah … I am now back up-and-running… 🙂
What makes it bad?
Every now and then cases like this come up and people’s judgement is often clouded by how friendly/talented/old/ill etc. the accused is.
It does not matter when he committed the crime. It does not matter that the victim does not want the prosecution to go ahead. He must be sentenced and deal with it.
October 10, 2009 at 4:40 pm in reply to: J is "inflexibly dedicated to the idea of extreme volume." #136773They handed out free earplugs at the Koko (London) show and there were posters saying how loud ‘tonight’s’ performance was going to be.
Is this a new thing? I’ve never known a venue to do that before.
