just found all this stuff on the patriot act here  http://www.bostonphoenix.com/pages/hotpatriot.asp … glad to see that so many americans are against it + are exercising their democratic right to express their dissatisfaction … also glad to see that the boston phoenix took the time to put all the info together on one page

a quote from the peasants website

              Quote:
Despite pneumonia, J. Mascis kicked much ass on the drums

… are you planning on making this recording available to the general public ?

unfortunately didn’t see your wig b/c boston’s a bit of a hike from london   … but if you have any photographic proof you could always add it to the freakscene photo album …

anyhow, it would be pretty cool if you could come over this side of the atlantic one time … are you planning any more shows or is this a one-off deal … and whose idea was it anyway ? was it something you had been planning for a long time now ?

i’m not reading this, but listening to it on tape … but i would most definitely recommend motherless brooklyn by jonathan lethem … it’s about a brooklyn "detective" w/tourette’s syndrome … he’s kind of connected to the mob + in the 1st chapter his boss is killed + he has to find out who did it + why …

i think this would be better to listen to rather than read b/c the narrator gets the tourettic (is that a word?) outbursts down to a comedic "t"

almost @ the end … but still haven’t finished it yet
