J has used different wahs during his years as musician.
I think he first had a jim dunlop wah modified with roger mayer electronics inside. and then a roger mayer wah and now a custom made real mc coy wah. I’ve tried to get the little fury things wah sound with a superfuzz and and Jim dunlop crybaby. the fuzz is great, but the wah does not give the same frequences as J’s wah.If you play chords with some distortion or fuzz box, with half rate or less and then crank on a another fuzz box, you can get excellent solo sound.try it out. it’s also possible to put a distortion or fuzz box before the wah and then more fuzzboxes after the wah. try it out. just beware that some frequences can dissapear if too many fuzz pedals are on at the same time.
so try it out, if you have some boxes.first time I saw the ‘whatever’s cool with me ‘ video, I thought the girl in the video was the "green mind girl". she looked a bit like her.

the norwegian king had prostata cancer, but,sneaked in the hospital que, and got surgery after little waiting. In norway it’s common to get a surgery appointment within 3 months. this is all covered by the taxes. but if you want a surgery fast, like the king, you have to pay a lot and get it fixed on a private clinic.
the king survived, and is now fine

that purple onehad no inscriptions when I got one in 2001, but it had in 2002. the purple plectrums are 1,14 mm and are made by Jim Dunlop. I think J has used them a long time.
Besides the purple ones, he has also had blue plectrums with the ‘start choppin’ drawing on during the ‘Where you been’ tour.good you managed to get so much out of a concert you weren’t at
well. I like the Kiss stuff from the seventies, and they still play much of those songs live, so that’s quite ok by me. But I react a bit negative when they put make up on new members. I think Kiss with makeup, always should be Peter, gene, paul and ace. Or gene, paul, vinnie vincent and Eric Carr (rip).
for those unfamiliar with the kiss goldmine; check out ace frehelys solo album from 78, or dressed to kill, or hotter than hell. or their first album ‘kiss 74.
yeah that must be in ‘ tell the truth’
maybe in other songs too, but it’s diificult for non native english speakers to know all the meaning of words and slang.

Quite funny the joke about ‘the Egde’. his guitarplaying in songs like ‘where the street has no name’ was influential, but his playing has become quite boring/clishe. I’ve heard enough off those ‘delay riffs’.well, alcohol makes the cell produce more Dopamine, so it makes you more excited. and when drinking more and more, perspectives dissappear. that’s why we dare doing stuff we normaly wouldn’t do.
But I have also heard that it enhances your current mode and that it puts things from the unconcious mind over to your concious mind;
‘in vino veritas’not sure about that.
but I like drinking, no doubt about that..
that’s what’s great about a forum, we all get the chance to say our opinions and what we feel. My perception was that this thread was developing in a direction I don’t see any positive outcome in.
but that’s just my view.yeah, the weather is getting better and better at this time of year. I like that. It’s possible to sit out now with beer and barbeque.
I don’t read my horoscope, but I think there is something happening in my life soon..
