I hope they do some recordings and J release another acoustic cd , by the name gibson and me + friends.
I’ve always considered me and other dinosaur fans ( especially me
) as far cooler than everybody else, but the problem is always that most other people don’t get it.I feel musictaste is very important in telling what values one have. so is clothing.
so if one combine music and clothing I feel I can jugde what values the person has. This is very possible a sick type of prejudicm of people, but I have difficulties deleting this sick attribute of mine.
I also tend to think that true dinosaur fans, ( fans that really are into the music) are considered outsiders by the average mass of people. they just don’t get how cool dinosaur fans are.
I think dinosaur fans fit into both ‘Leper’ and ‘Freak’ characteristic.
Isn’t there quite much reverb too? there are some "reverb solos" in ‘alone’ 6 minutes into the version from Riddarholmen 97. (out there/water festiva bootleg)?
Or is that just the memory man?How about the intro riff on ‘Thumb’ played live with Dinosaur? or with the Fog. listen to any recording , for example JMascis & The Fog -Hultsfred festival.
I think he uses the same sound both in ‘Thumb’ and ‘Get Me’ ?

i’m sure he refers to little stuffed animals. kinda like the ones bassist Flea had on his pants once.
