Wow, J has really kind of lost his mind. So he found a scar on his elbow in the shape of a triangle, huh? So what? People have scars that are shaped weird. I have some weird ones myself. One is shaped like a perfect S. Besides, people just make shit up and alien encounters are wholly unfounded. I think J is another one of those people who just get sucked into the "unkown". Also, hypnotherapy is largely innacurate when trying to resurface repressed memories. They lead you into a state of thought that actually makes you believe that you really were abducted. It’s all Bullshit!
Hell yeah, man. Im going to be in the video for the shows in Boston. Plus my friends’ friend and his brother will be interviewed sionce they followed the band around on tour. Just like Deadheads.
When I first read this on Lou’s website, I nearly shit my pants. I couldn’t beleive that they were actually going to record a new album. It’s like a dream come true! I can’t wait for it to be released. I wonder what direction they will take. Will it be more like their older stuff(YLAOM, Bug), their newer stuff(Where You Been) or will they take a new direction??? So many questions that will just have to be answered once it’s released. I hope it comes out soon. I don’t know how long I can wait.

I hope this has lead you to pursue some of Dinoasur’s earlier works. It is much better than their later stuff.
All I can say is WOW. How can you not know Dino’s earlier work?????? You call yerself a fan, which i don’t question cuz some of their later work was great, and no offense, but you dont know shit about the band. Their ealrier material i.e. You’re Living All Over Me, Bug, were their best work. You are like the guy who knows a few songs off of the later Black Sabbath albums with Ronny James Dio but you have no clue about the original masterpeice releases witt Ozzy. Sorry to fly off the handle on you like that, but it really irks me to hear about the casual fans who get pissed off when the bands they see (which they know so little about0 don’t play their "hits" or the stuff that is the most radio-friendly. The thing is, Dinosaur Jr were a phenominal band that helped push what could be considered rock and roll. They tinkered a lot with effects pedal, dissonance and noise and exteme volume. They weren’t some chauvenistic cock rockers who play the same stadium rock riffs stolen from Led Zeppelin or Deep Purple. They were artists.
Yeah, i agree. Most young people(under 25 or so) ar really not used to the extreme amount of talent and musicallity of Dinosaur Jr. A lot of the bands on MTV and the radio are plain GARBAGE!!!!!! I don’t even want to get into the emo shit that pollutes young people’s minds with sappy, whiney pussy shit. ANd all this watered down, suburban white-boy pop-punk. GRRRR!!!! Annoying!!!!! BUt anyway, anyone who says that Dinoasuar Jr shows are unsatisfying are idiots. They want something that simply doesnt exist.
Dinosaur Jr’s whole deal is extreme volume. You are meant to literally feel the music coming out of the amps and PA. I definitely recommend ear plugs unless you want to develop tinnitus. Bad shit, man. keep yr hearing so you can continue listening to Dino.

Well, as you all must know by now, Dinosaur Jr HAS reunited and are allegedly planning to record and release a new album together. Dinosaur Jr broke up because J Mascis was a very controlling person. It was over creative differences. We have to remember that the band members were very young when they started getting big. They were barely out of college and they were all rather immature. They were stuck in a van together for weeks at a time and annoying personal ticks soon became huge problems. Besides, J never actually hit Lou with his guitar. He tried to but Lou blocked J with his bass. So technically, J hit Lou’s bass with his guitar.
Damn. J looks either really tired or really stoned. I really think he does smoke pot. He just seems way too relaxed and has too many vague refernces to smoking pot in his later material to be "straight edge". Thats a bunch of bullshit. He’s a stoner.
You cant be serious! Marijuana is not a very dangerous drug. It’s been shown through indipendent analysis that the effects of smoking marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol or tobacco. Both of those drugs are perfectly legal to adults. Logically marijuana should be legalized too. No one should be arrested for simple possession of marijuana or marijuana paraphernalia. The only time I think people should be arrested for marijuana is smuggling it into countries, selling it to children and driving under the influence of it. But none of that would be a problem if it was grown commercially in the U.S.A. and sold in a regulated industry that taxes it like cigarettes and alcohol. For shame. Rmemeber: prohibition created the cartels. If you want to get drugs away from dangerous criminal drug dealers, then legalize drugs and create a system of proper education amongst the public so they can make an informed decision on drugs.
