i dint know that…
who does the ‘guest vocal’?

i got and saved some CREEM mags from the ’70s around here somewhere…
and of course there ain no reel ‘BoyHowdy’ but they had some promo along time ago where you could win a sixer of BH…not sure what it tasted like-got a feeling it had some IRON CITY in there

as a long time guitarer i love the sound of a good flanger as it takes a guitar signal and winds it thru an aircraft hangar-type thing.
whereas i hate the sound of chorus pedals…that phony 12 string effect or the sound of a bunch of untuned guitars-i really dislike that sound and to me flanger and chorus are definitely apples and well, you know!
YMMV

of course! he’s played that tune a thousand times and the tremelo doesnt drop down in volume-BUT its T V!!
shite happens

dont know what it soundz like but i do really like the sound of the Rickenbacker w/ J’ guitar thangg…
it wuz interesting to me that dave schools also used a Rick when he was playin w/ The Fog-not sure if he plays that w/ Widespread but it sure sounds purtee…

its a tremelo pedal and I think it sounds cool…
i come from instrumental surf music and its an essential sound along w/ reverb-which I can hear J use also.
i know he used to have a Fender Tube Reverb Unit in his signal chain…
and it is an acquired taste but J uses it alot so ya better get used to it

so who do i send blank dvds to for this forbidden stuff?
the word ‘legitimate’ has a very loose meaning these days, no/yes?

hey now this kinda question kinda bothers me…
tell ya why…friends and neighbors come up to me and because i really am a music freak they ask me stuff like ‘is Prince gay?’ ‘was Johhny Ramone Republican?’ etc.
i tell them all listen to the music-its really only about the MUSIC .
in these days of celebrity justice-tell all books and exposes
what their politics-sexuality-compulsions-habits are, are all beside the point IMHO

(so let me get this right…if you find out J is right-wing, you are going to dismiss the great music he has made all his life?)was JIMI’s tour manager in charge of these dates?
sounds alot like ’68-’69:
SanFran-Quebec-Texas-Europe-KansasCity, etc.
(not true dates but similar
