Oh. I thought that sounded a little weird. :-

Quote:They could play Set Us Free since Lou had a hand in writing it.That sounds awesome, but alas I have nothing to trade. If you decide to sell copies let me know.
Yep, they skipped Seattle so I must drive hundreds of miles to see my favorite band. No biggy, its nice to get out of town once in a while.
Sorry I,m going solo.
Nice to know that some of us freaksceners have more in common than just Dinosaur Jr.

In high school I got into Emily Dickinson, John Donne, Walt Whitman, and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. There were some others I thought were cool too, but hated always having to read all that Robert Frost crap.
If I were to pick a songwriter who I thought wrote beautiful poems it would be Robert Smith, and Greg Dulli. A lot of their stuff is just classic.
I used to want to be a Lit Prof. until I fell in love with architecture and engineering. In hindsight its probably good that I don’t teach Lit or have a job that requires me to write, I don’t think I would enjoy it as much if I did. That would be a shame.
Do you teach Betty?
Does this make Murph a hermaphrodite?
I try at times to come from left field. Really all I wanted to do was say antidentite. That word it so hard to get into everyday conversation.

I remember reading though in an interview that J’s dad was a dentist. So I’m sure he knew about possible situations resulting from a smack in the gums from a microphone.
Anyway I’m stoked I got to use that crazy Sinefeld word.

I think the band was called Love as Laughter when I saw them last August. They were pretty good.
April 17, 2006 at 10:56 am in reply to: (Poll) Blowing It / I Live for that Look Live at the Troubad #116389I would rather them play something new from the new album first before hearing Blowing it/ I live for that look. Why this question are they rumored to be playing it?
J could have been genuinely concerned about his tooth. His dad was the town dentist, I’m sure J is well schooled on oral hygene and the like. Maybe he was just trying to assess the situation. I’m guessing he’s not like Jerry Sinefeld, according to Kramer he’s an antidentite.
You were absolutly correct, it was a sheilding issue. I re did the original metal plate that fit under the original pick guard to fit the new one. Once installed it was perfectly fine. Now it fuckin’ rules! I’ll take some pics and post them here later this week.
J and Lou are married. I’m not sure about Murph.
Ha.. thats classic!
