I swore up and down that I would never get get married, never have kids and tour the world playing in a rock band.
At 35 I have yet to tour the world in a rock band, am married, and have 3 kids.
Funny how meeting the right person will do that to you.
2 tickets, 300 bucks, and 3rd row seats. November 15th is going to rule!
Sorry Robert for the hiatus, I have been completely consumed with KISS and Ace Frehley these days. There is all sorts of new merchandise and music, it has been a fantastic past month. Ace’s CD came out last week and is amazing (reminds me of his 78 solo record), and the new KISS CD comes out in 2 weeks. With all of the reviews and interviews going on I haven’t had much time to hang out here (though I do check posts most everyday).

Speaking of robots is she in that new Bruce Willis movie? I forget what its called but I saw the trailer last night, I swear she’s in it.
Mostly better performance, but Quicktime is redesigned and has some cool new features. And if you haven’t downloaded the latest version of Safari, its on the disk too.
Oh no I’m not completely gone, I am still mulling around. You know so I can stay current with all the chatter.
I’ve been playing a lot of KISS songs on my guitar lately too. My already callused fingers are actually sore.
I also bought some more memorabilia yesterday to add to my collection.
Thats rad they’re practicing new songs from old albums, but I am still waiting to hear some stuff off of Hand it Over other than Alone.
I have been completely consumed by all of the recent KISS news lately. Their tour starts soon, the new album is out soon, Ace Frehley has a new solo album out soon. Its been a very exciting time for KISS fans.
Their tour brings them to Seattle on November 15th and Dinosaur is slated to be here just a week prior. I was planning on going to the Dinosaur show but probably won’t due to the cost of going to a KISS show. I have the opportunity to get presale tickets when they go on sale and could get tickets within the first 5 rows. But these tickets are like $130 a pop, and I plan on getting 2. Not to mention the tour shirt, and tour book that I’ll also want to buy at the show. Going to a KISS show can be expensive.
I hate having to miss a Dinosaur show but KISS hasn’t played a show up here in years. I saw them last in 2000 for the Farewell tour (which I really thought was going to be the end) and they were amazing. Stoked to get the opportunity to see them again.
So if I haven’t been posting as much around here its probably because I’ve been visiting KISS sites and reading any news related to the release of their new album and upcoming tour. They’re even going to have new costumes for this tour, the first new costumes since the early 80’s.
