the only 3 toys i currently have are an acoustic Alvarez DY-45 (1985), a really old (1930’s-ish) B&D Siver Bell tenor banjo, and a ’79 Gibson Byrdland hollow body (which is technically my father’s, but he hasn’t played it in years) i’ve had numerous other guitars, mostly Fenders, and i’m currently in the market for a new 5 string banjo….. <img>

hi folks. the new waits albums both kick ass! and on the recommendation of some folks on this board, i went and downloaded some hellacopters tunes from AG. that shit fuckin rocks hard!!!! thanks to y’all, i had never even heard of em till i saw some fols on the board mention them……."Low Down Shakin’ Chill" fucking rocks…thanks again.

thanks for the info ohsolo, i’ll have to check out his collection on ebay. i’ve never bought anything from ebay, but there are a couple great record shops in pittsburgh. <img>
tom, the birthday pary is some pretty evil shit, almost disturbing, i can only listen to ’em in small doses; but i love nick cave. neko case is coming to pittsburgh next monday, but alas, not with nick cave..
